Im 68, worst motel experience of my life and I have traveled the world!!

The price at $111 per nite.

Cons:

The blonde lady at the front desk. No-one at all at the desk most of the evening. NO COFFEE AFTER 10;AM ON SUNDAY, MEMORIAL DAY!! Constant noise in the room above mine! Desk lady locked me out of my room at 10:30 AM on checkout day!! Horrible!! Homeless people surrounding the building 24/7! Dog feces in almost ever area of the grounds! Filthy....

Cockroach infestation – Unsafe and unacceptable

I stayed in room 137 and the room was infested with cockroaches. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard.

I have photo and video evidence of multiple cockroaches inside the room. Due to these conditions, I was unable to stay comfortably.

This situation made the room unsafe and unsanitary, and it should not be allowed in any hotel. I am requesting a full refund for my stay.
