Delightfully Comfortable accomodation.
Pros:

Everything was just beautiful. Room , including bathroom was spotlessly clean. TV was EASY to operate!
Bed extremely cosy and comfortable. Service and all staff were exceptionally polite, efficient and professional. The entire “vibe” of this hotel was divine.

The room was quite modern and tv was a decent size

Cons:

It was rather noisy, you could here other guests walking around in their rooms, our room had a water leak and the shower floor wasn’t draining.

Appalling. Not value for money.
Pros:

The location was convenient. Parking was adequate. Signage was clear.

Cons:

The rooms were tiny and impossible to put bags out. I've stayed in bigger rooms in central Tokyo. Blackout curtains were inadequate. Floor insulation was so poor that I was hearing people above late into the night and early in the morning. Artwork was irritatingly amateurish.
