It's in a pleasant, quiet, clean, environment.The location was perfect. The cleaning staff were great BUT THE MANAGEMENT WERE RUDE AND UGLY ABOUT THE PAYMENT FOR THE ROOMS. IT SEEMS THAT THEY PREFERRED CASH PAYMENTS INSTEAD OF CARDS.
The management. They were very nice in the beginning, BUT not good in the end. Why? Because they said I did not pay my bill. I used my bank debit card. I have an email confirming the payment was successful and my bank confirmed my purchase. He, Paul, stated that Booking.com were liars and that they were only a third party. He also stated that I paid Booking.com NOT their property and that the property did not receive payment. He had me and my boyfriend OUTSIDE HIS PROPERTY FOR 4 HOURS!!! WE COULD NOT ENTER THE ROOM!! HE ALSO THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND HAVE US BARRED FROM THE PROPERTY OR MOTEL 6. MY BOYFRIEND WAS VERY UPSET. Managemen said that it was "my problem" and that I should call Booking.com, the LIARS!!

The price
The tub had hair in it. The tub had cracks in it. The water pressure was terrible. The tv didn’t work properly. The door had a gap in it. Gnats kept getting in. The police was there for some reasons. A homeless couple was camped outside.
I liked that it was affordable and clean.
The hot water pressure was horrible. Took me 25 minutes to take a shower that should have only took 10 minutes with normal water pressure.
