Steep stairs
We loved our stay in this charming little hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the service was professional but also very personal and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Breakfast offered a range of options and set us up well for the day. The hotel is ideally located in the pedestrianised area in the centre of Avignon so it was ideal for exploring the city, with cafes, bars, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. It is worth noting there is no lift, so if stairs are a challenge for you, you would need to request a ground floor room. We would defintely stay here again.
Nothing negative but potential guests should note there is not a lift to rooms on upper floors

Located right in the heart of the old town of Avignon is a cute hotel with friendly staff and a comfortable room.

The location is great. Slightly secluded and quiet but within a minute to a lovely restaurant along with many more. Accessible to everything within minutes.The room was charming and I felt like I was in France. The staff was helpful with luggage and calling a cab as well as info needed.
No elevator but Clemont carried the large baggage.
Quiet and quaint and in a central local but away from the noise. It was clean with lots of new amenities. The staff was brilliantly, helpful, and available for my many requests. They also had a cold beverage bar with an honour system, which was very charming.

De airconditioning werkte fantastisch op de kamer! Echt nodig geweest tijdens ons verblijf want buiten was het erg warm. Bedden comfortabel en alles was schoon. Personeel is erg aardig! Ontbijt was prima, niet heel groot, maar wel van kwaliteit.
