Tolles Hotel in super Lage!
Pros:

Schönes, großes Zimmer (Junior Suite).
Super Lage direkt am Ku‘Damm.
Tolle Ausstattung im Eingangsbereich und der Weg Richtung Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Dringende Modernisierung des Frühstücksraum.
Leider im Zimmer oftmals staubige, nicht gewischte Stellen entdeckt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht ausreichend, da wir in einer sehr warmen Zeit da waren.

Na pewno wrócę przy kolejnym pobycie w Berlinie. Polecam.
Pros:

Śniadania znakomite.

Cons:

Jeśli pokój ma okna od strony głównej ulicy, to może być głośno. Ale wiadomo - centrum miasta, wiec nie ma się co dziwić.

Hätte gut sein können, wenn es nicht große organisatorische Mängel sowie unhöfliches Personal gegeben hätte.
Pros:

Gute Lage, ordentlich ausgestattete Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Arrogantes, unhöfliches Personal beim Check-in und nur wenig besser beim Check-out.
Keine Ausschilderung des Parkplatzes / Tiefgarage. Unprofessionelle, fast schon primitive Technik beim Einlass in die Tiefgarage.

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer ohne Teppichboden. Spätaufsteher-Frühstück bis 10.30h und Checkout bis 12h waren sehr komfortabel. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein italienisches Restaurant, dessen Küche bis 24 Uhr geöffnet war. Verkehrsgünstige Lage: Bushaltestelle gegenüber, S-Bahn fussläufig - besser geht es kaum.

Cons:

Das Bad war ausreichend geräumig, aber statt Badwanne wäre eine moderne Walk-In Dusche schön.

We love Berlin and the Hollywood Media, we will definitely come back and can just recommend the HM.
Pros:

We travelled for the 3rd time to Berlin, 3rd time at Hollywood Media. We just love it. Rooms are well-equipped (including fridge), breakfast really great, location close to U1 - just perfect. We reserved a parking and the space was available - thank you so much.

Cons:

We arrived last Saturday, almost 40 degrees in Berlin. Unfortunately, the airco was not working in our room 5th floor and thanks to the staff we could easily change the room to 2nd floor.
