The breakfast was good.
Location is excellent!
View from the room/balcony as i expected. ))

Cons:

TV not working properly and unpleasant smell in the cupboard (we didn't use).

The main drawbacks were the traffic noise from the road outside, the delay in getting hot water in the shared bathroom, and the lack of evening activities in the local area.

Overall, good value for money
Pros:

The view was as advertised. A stunning view of the lake. Whilst, the facilities were basic, they were clean and everything that we required. The staff were all really friendly. The table football was nice touch. I think the stay was good value for money

Cons:

The hotel is located on a busy main road, so you could hear the traffic. Free ear buds were provided, which did help. It would be nice to have a toaster at breakfast.

La colazione non un gran che ,ma soprattutto che non mi hanno rifatto la camera e quando glie l ho detto mi hanno risposto che se volevo che la pulissero glie lo dovevo chiedere. Non mi era mai capitato

Tout la réception est un bar plus ou moins mal famme. Salle de bain commune ! Hôtel au bord d’une route très passante et les voitures vont très vite ! Le parking est de l’autre côté de cette route de la mort mais pas privenous ne sommes pas restés

Pros:

Hotel steht an viel befahrener Straße, das stand auch in frühen Bewertungen, aber die Aussicht war wunderschön. Wenn das Fenster zu ist, stört es wenig. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel war meistens frei. Es ist etwas abenteuerlich, Richtung Como von diesem Platz abzufahren, aber alles gut. Zehr nettes und zuforkommendes Personal, spricht Englisch und etwas Deutsch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht.
