Host is okay, view also.

Cons:

There was mold all around the room, unacceptable. Bathroom with doors that provide no sound-proofing. There was also a random blue light in the bathroom. A small room combined with so much mold made us almost not sleep there.

La route une horreur chambres mal insonorisées la salle de bain commune dans le couloir nous a réveillé armoire de rangement vétusté 1 seul porte manteau pour nous faire comprendre c'est compliqué petit déjeuner peu copieux pas de pain frais juste des biscottes et du pain de mie c'est tout prix élevé pour la prestation

Great location but not a very comfortable apartment
Pros:

The apartment has a wonderful view of Lake Como from the tiny balcony. It is within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant Da Luciano right on the lake shore.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, the glasses weren't clean, it has been poorly restored, the washing machine doesn't have instructions and doesn't work and the apartment is located on a very busy road 400m from the main hotel.

Schöner Aussicht ohne Komfort.

Direkte Lage am Como See, schöner Ausblick und der Balkon.

Cons:

Schlechte Kundenbetreuung (keine Aufklärung beim Einchecken). Das Studio war nicht sauber (Regale im Schrank, Badmöbel und Heizkörper im Bad). Keine Zimmerreinigung in den sechs Nächte, bzw. Müllentsorgung. Nach der Aufforderung wurden alle Handtücher entfernt, aber nicht erneuert. Auf Nachfrage wurden die erst ein Tag später gebracht. Der Müll aus meinem und den Nachbarzimmer wurde gesammelt und über zwei Tage neben meiner Tür liegen gelassen.
Das Hauptproblem war die Matratze mit kaputten Federn. Aufgrund von schlaflosen Nächten bin ich ein Tag früher abgereist. Beim früheren Check-out wurden meine Gründe für die frühere Abreise ignoriert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht angemessen. Trotz schöner Aussicht würde ich das Studio nicht weiterempfehlen.

La dame au bar le matin qui nous a préparé un petit déjeuner à 7hrs et que normalement c'est pour 8hrs.

Le prix au premier vu raisonable dans un environnement des prix exagerés ( 200 € / nuit et ++ )

Cons:

L’emplacement en haut du village, le seul resto se trouve en bas du village ce que veut dire on descend 45 m par un escalier et on le remonte après. Ce sont beaucoup de marches.
L’insonorisation des chambres est très rudimentaire. Et en dessus de la porte de la chambre se trouve un fenetre, ce que veut dire que chaque fois qu’on allume la lumiere du couloir ça illume la chambre, ce que m’a reveillé chaque fois…

Helt ok! Men utsikten kan man inte klaga på!
Pros:

Fantastisk utsikt från rummet ut mot sjön. Parkering direkt utanför. Lite enklare mat att äta i baren. Inget annat i direkt närhet till boendet, man fick gå ner mot sjön för att hitta några restauranger. Ena dagen ok frukost på ovanvåningen, nästa dag knappt något att äta i baren (endast en croissant och kaffe). Var nog beroende av vem som jobbade. Rummet och gemensamt badrum ok, mycket enkelt men fungerade. Prisvärt.

La proximité du lac, le côté un peu décalé de l'hôtel

Cons:

La route très proche, les clients du bar de l'hôtel qui s'en vont en beuglant vers 22h30/23 h , la salle de bain commune à toutes les chambres de l'étage
