Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We stayed a few nights. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Nice rooms. Food was lovely. The hotel is dog friendly.

Cons:

It's minor but the showers aren't fab (water ran slowly in our room). Fortunately, it ran really fast for a bath so used that instead; more than happy.

Most enjoyable and will be back.
Pros:

The room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were all so cheerful and friendly. Great spot, nice gardens. All in all most enjoyable.

Cons:

The bath was great but we could have done with instructions. Two elder ladies not up on these techi buttons.

Very beautiful grounds.
Had a brilliant groundfloor garden room with door opening onto patio and seating, super views - bedroom was delightful, very good bathroom.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Exceptional stay - would recommend.

On checking in at 3pm informed there wasn’t an option to have evening meal as they were fully booked , this was disappointing.

Lovely country house and peaceful! Barn at the back with highlands cows. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Quite a number of steps to the rooms if you have heavy luggages. The fan in one room not really working, no air out despite moving. I guess uk is not prepared for heat waves 😅
