Great location , nothing else.
Rooms were not properly clean, disorganised, unfriendly staff at times , noisy ( no sound insulation in the rooms) , our room smelt of cigarettes - all very disappointing.
Good location and very comfortable. Great staff
Nothing. All good
Lage
Sehr kleines Badezimmer
Very close to old town
Nothing really
A limpeza e a preservação do Hotel.
Gute Lage , zentral u ruhig
Good location. Air conditioning didn’t work but we were given a fan.
Ottima posizione per accedere al centro storico. Comodo parcheggio sotterraneo. Bella camera spaziosa.
Qualche finitura...
Grace - managing Reception was very helpful - excellent English - and understood our need for a very early checkout (6:30 a.m.) on the day of our departure.
The room was adequate. Location is diagonally opposite the Medieval quarter where the best restaurants are. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
Entry by car to the hotel is a nightmare. A narrow archway/'tunnel' leading to a steep ramp and underground parking - some cars parked in tandem - so potentially blocking you in. I witnessed one car arrival scraping the entire passenger side against the entry doors to the archway - horrendous. That said, I also saw a Range Rover successfully navigate the entrance!
My dissatisfaction arises from my need for an early checkout with my car. Having successfully made arrangements with Grace to ensure my car was not blocked in, when it came to my departure time, my car was in prime position BUT the gate to the car park was down and locked. The archway entrance doors were locked. The door to Reception was locked. There were no staff around anywhere, and no way for me to get into the main part of the hotel. Telephoning the hotel went to answerphone - I've no idea what the 'Answerphone message' was because I only speak a little French.
So disappointing.
If I'd been told about all of this, I would have parked elsewhere (Parking Mignet) and carried my luggage back and to.
By luck, I managed to rouse a member of staff - I don't know his name, but it wasn't 'Thomas' who I was led to believe would be available, and he managed to open the car park gate and the main archway doors to enable us to leave.
I would not stay at Le Hotel Concorde again, and I would not recommend it for anyone with a car wanting to park there. I didn't feel that it was good value, nor was the location particularly good for a tourist.
'Grace' was great "front of house", welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. Unfortunately, something went wrong for me on the arrangements for departure.
Great location.
