Pros:

Osebje izjemno ustrežljivo, imam občutek, da se posvetijo vsaki stranki. Pozabil sem torbo v taxi. Zaposleni so mi takoj priskočili na pomoč in našli taxista. Stranka ima občutek,da ni le številka. Izhodišče za vse storitve in lokacija ravno toliko oddaljena, da je ponoči mir.

Pros:

Location was fantastic. Very close to BTS station Nana (Sukumvit line)

Cons:

Cleanniness, behaviour of staffs. Rooms were vacant but they did not allow for early check in by only one hour. They wanted 30% extra for 01 hour early check in. Pathetic really!!

Super Hôtel !
Pros:

Le personnel super gentil, vraiment. Au petits soins avec la clientèle.
Les chambres mériteraient d'être un peu rafraîchies pour être au goût du jour, mais c'est secondaire. Chambres très propres. Nettoyage et changement du linge tous les jours. Hôtel très calme malgré son emplacement en plein centre de sukhumvit.

Cons:

Rien à dire, j'ai vraiment apprécié cet hôtel et j'y retournerai avant mon retour en France en août

Wonderful value in fabulous location with lovely helpful staff
Pros:

Have stayed here before so no hesitation in wanting to stay again. Lovely friendly staff. Wonderfully priced hotel in great location on soi8.
Hotel has a retro feel with the grandfather clock in reception and the wooden panelling but the rooms are cleaned every day and very spacious. One side has construction outside so front facing is quieter side. Staff are polite and so helpful feel like friends.

Cons:

It's an older decor but if they renovated it would lose its charm and obviously the room prices would increase. I like it just the way it is.

Pros:

Gentlemen who worked there spoke english was very friendly and understood that I was dissapointed in the room

Cons:

The room was small, aircon was not great, and building works going on outside not mentioned when booking very dissapointed
