Like a studio apartment with plenty of space
Pros:

This was like a cozy and cute studio apartment! The only thing that would have made it complete was a stove and a microwave but there was a washing machine and a full-sized fridge - a breath of fresh air compared to the mini fridges in other hotels I stayed in across Korea. It rained a lot during my stay but this was a relaxation and rejuvenation leg of my trip so it made my stay even more comfy. There is a 7-Eleven connected to the lobby area so I didn't have to step outside for food or snacks when it was raining. The breakfast was the most impressive part of it all, as it was a hearty meal that kept me full for the entire day. It was very tasty.

Cons:

They required you to throw used tissues in a bin instead of flushing, which I found very icky. I know it's common in public restrooms and I'm not faulting the hotel but I just did not expect that in a hotel room. Also, the shower leaked even though there was a closed door.

The location was grate.

Cons:

The facilities were really bad. They had to move us to another room, which was as bad as the first one. We had to ask for towels twice, because they forgot. We do not recommend this hotel!

장단점이 있지만 가성비 있는 넓은 숙소
Pros:

숙소가 넓고 위치도 괜찮았음.

Cons:

방 클리닝 안할때 수건과 물이 인원수만큼 제공되었으면 좋았을텐데 요청해서 다시받긴했지만 바로 씻고 싶었지만 올때까지 기다려야했다. 요청 전 알맞게 제공되었으면 좋았을 것 같다.

Must Have Missed Its Heyday
Pros:

Location was great. Our room was huge! In-room eashing machine was a plus.

Cons:

Entire apartment was dusty and needs a good cleaning! Breakfast wasn't good. Area where food were placed aren't 100% clean. I asked for a fork and was pointed to a container. Fork was sticky and inside the container appeared to be a milk residue.

Needs renovation and cleaning
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good. Wide spread of traditional and western breakfast. The rooms are huge and that's about it

Cons:

The hotel is a 4 star and I am unsure how this is assigned as it was below par

1. The rooms were not clean - even had to change rooms and it wasn't better. From the bathroom not being wiped down to sheets
2. The facilities were worn or torn or unkept. Bed frames were broken
3. The bed was not made properly. Never seen this ever before

I think we may have booked the wrong Shin Shin, as next door there is another one that looked better kept.

あまり清潔感が感じられなかった。
Pros:

シングルで予約しましたが、部屋がとても広くベッドはクイーンサイズ！コンビニが1階にあり少し歩くとスーパーや焼肉屋さんがいっぱいあり食事に困らなかったです。

Cons:

シャワールームのスリッパにカビがあり履けなかった。

객실이 넓고 올레시장을 도보로 갈수 있기에 좋습니다!
침대가 큰편이라 킹침대+싱글침대를 붙여 소아동반 4인가족이 잠을 자는데 불편이 없었습니다.
나름 오션뷰라 가격대비 괜찮았습니다.

4인이 숙박예약을 했으나 수건은 4장. 요청하면 더 주긴하나
1박에 인당 수건두장이라 생각하나.. 2박째 교체 시점에서는
수건을 2장만 더주심... 또 요청하러 갑니다.
연박에는 수건두장만 갈아준다는 답변을 받으니.. 이건 아니다 싶네요
세면대 및 욕실에 배수가 안좋습니다!
조식이 이숙소의 장점이였으나. 이번에는 좀 실망 스러웠네요.
냉동고기를 해동을 덜시킨 문제로 안익은게 좀 물컹거리게 씹혀 뱉어냈습니다. 커피 머신은 에스프레소 추출에 문제가 있습니다. 숙소가 넓긴하나 조식이 개선되지 않는다면 굳이 여기를 선택할 이유는 없어 보입니다.
