الحمد لله كانت اقامه سعيده ومريحه للنفس كيف لا وانت تصلي الفريضه في بيت الله الحرام

اعجبني قرب الفندق من ساحة الحرم وسهولة الوصول اليه حيث يوجد مصعدخالص لساحة الحرم وسلالم كهربائيه وتنوع الافطار واهتمام الموظفين بالضيوف اشكرهم جميعا واخص بالشكر الاخت موضي الشريف لسؤالها الدا ئم عن احتياجاتنا والشكر موصول لموظفات الاستقبال وموظفي المطعم وهذا يدل على اهتمام الاداره وحرصها على سمعة الفندق مع امنياتي لهم بمزيد من التطور والرقي

Everything about it - staff hospitality and location ie close proximity to haram new extension. The lamb chop offered at the cafe is absolutely delicious!!

حقيقة سكنت بفنادق كثيرة على مدى العشرين سنة الماضية انا واسرتي في ماليزيا دبي استنبول بيروت وغيرها وجميع الفنادق من فئة
Pros:

المكان رائع بكل معنى الكلمة وله اطلالات رائعة على الحرم وفيه مسجد رائع في الدور GM
والموظفون رائعون وتعاملهم راقي من الاستقبال الى موظفي متابعة رضى العملاء الى موظفي المطعم ولا ننسى عمال النظافة جميعهم قمة في الذوق والاخلاق فشكرا لهم ولادارة الفندق
