Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage in der Innenstadt, direkt am Hauptlatz.
Man sollte ein Zimmer mit Blick dorthin haben und nicht nach hinten.
Nettes Treiben an den Marktständen am Platz.
Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel oder in einer nahen Garage.
Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal.

Pros:

Superb hotel in a perfect location. Great, helpful and friendly staff. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and I can highly reccomend it. All in all, a perfect stay.

Cons:

Nothing, all was well! If you are bothered by noise, you might ask for a room not facing the vegetable market as they start setting up the stalls very early. I slept through it all and loved the view of a very busy market, but some people might want a quieter room.

Rzadko wracam w to samo miejsce. Do tego hotelu napewno wrócę ponownie.
Pros:

Zachwycający wystrój hotelu. Doskonała lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. W pobliżu niezliczone restauracje, kawiarnie i enoteki z bardzo dobrymi winami morawskimi. Doskonały punkt wypadowy do niezliczonych wyjątkowych miejsc i zabytków Moraw. Niezwykle miła i uprzejma obsługa hotelu.

Cons:

Nie zaobserwowałem i nie doświadczyłem jakiej kolwiek negatywnej rzeczy czy emocji.

I booked this hotel for my daughter as a gift, so she wouldn't have to worry about anything. Although I had paid the full amount in advance through Booking.com, the hotel charged her again at check-in.
They apologized and refunded the money, but the "magic" was gone.
It was raining heavily that day, so she turned on the TV, but only one channel was available (perhaps it was set to antenna instead of digital TV?). Really?
They advertised breakfast starting at 7:00 AM, but no hotel staff were present at that time, so she had to leave without breakfast.
Sadly, I expected more from a five-star hotel.

Good location, right in the centre and still close to the train station. Very nice rooms and helpful staff. I can definitely recommend. Stayed here many times and I always look forward to come back here. The breakfast is fabulous.

Fenomenalna lokacija, sve se može obići peške. Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje. Sem dva stepenika na ulazu, sve je dostupno osobama koje koriste invalidska kolica.
