Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Liebevoll und kreativ gestaltete Anlage direkt am Fluss. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, hätten uns aber vorstellen können, länger zu bleiben. Es ist ein Hotel, bei dem man gerne Zeit in der Anlage verbringt. Das Frühstück war besonders gut.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt für uns war, dass in einem unserer 2 Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht gut funktioniert hat.

Ungewöhnliches Hotel an einem traumhaften Ort. Fast zu Schade zur Durchreise
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage in einer ehemaligen Fabrik mit großem Garten und Badesteg in der Charente. Tischfußball im Vorraum und ein großer Spielplatz (und Rasensprenger im Garten) haben den Kindern sehr getaugt.

Cons:

Ein Regenschutz auf der Terrasse wäre fein.

Fabulous hotel!
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel and lovely clean room which was enormous with a large outside area we had to ourselves. . All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice bar area and lovely breakfast. Close to many restaurants and only a few minutes walk into Cognac town. Would definitely stay here again!

Sehr schöne Anlage und gute Lage im Zentrum und am Fluss
Pros:

Sehr schöne und weitläufige Anlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum, Fluss und bswp. Hennessy Museum. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Upgrade zu einer Suite bekommen. Gebührenfreies Parking direkt im Hotelbereich. Gute Auswahl an Restaurants an den Flussufern in der Nähe zum Hotel.

Cons:

Die Stadt selbst hatte schon bessere Zeiten. Es gibt leider viele geschlossene Geschäfte.

Luxury stay in Cognac
Pros:

A fantastic find! The complex is quirky but well-appointed. We loved the green and leafy outdoor spaces and the pool- a great bonus!
Easy walk into town and a 10 min taxi to the train station. Reception staff went above and beyond to help us arrange a taxi excursion, and booked us in for breakfast last minute.

Cons:

Nothing- everything was perfect.

Beautiful site. On the river. Boats/canoes available to hire minutes up river

Lodge was beautiful and spotlessly clean as were the lovely grounds. Small play area for children and swimming pool. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated in the heatwave.
