Приветливый и отзывчивость персонала. Отличный завтрак.

Cons:

1. Их плюс, что рядом со смотровой площадкой, считаю минусом, так как вся толпа людей и поток машин наверх смотровой площадки идёт через этот отель, очень шумно, имейте это ввиду при бронировании.
2. При бронировании фото номера не совпадают с тем что дают при заселении, фото смешанные из двух номеров, к сожалению я это понял уже поздно.
3. За три дня ни разу не убрались, не вынесли мусор, не поменяли постельное.
4. Если будете брать люкс с собственной террасой, то с неё не видно всей долины с шарами из-за горы, которая всё закрывает.
5. Если будете бронировать, то берите номера слева от дороги, где ресепшен.

坂は荷物がなければ苦にならない
Pros:

ホテルから気球は見えないが、徒歩3分のサンセットポイントへ行けば眺望がよい。料金所より上にあるホテルなので、サンセットポイントへは無料で何度もいける。部屋広くては綺麗で可愛らしい。

Cons:

初めの部屋はシャワーが出ず、バスタブの栓が外れ無かったので、その日のうちに部屋を変えてもらった。
設備：古いのはしかたがないが、もう少し綺麗にできると思う。ドアの建て付けなどは少し戸を削れば改善するし、浴室の戸のへりなども綺麗になるだろう。

There staff were amazing. They even organised a few activity's for us and made sure are stay was a homely experience. Would definitely stay next time we visit.

The rooms are on the older side but the cave experience made up for it.

Una linda instancia en una cave suite
Pros:

El desayuno era super variado y la ubicación estaba genial. Te permite ir en cualquier momento a uno de los miradores y tambien estar en menos de 10 minutos en el "centro" de la ciudad. El baño era super amplio y comodo, además de limpio

Cons:

Las camas no eran para nada comodas. Deberian cambiar los colchones.

Asperion Cave & Suites is more than just a hotel — it’s part of the Cappadocia experience. ❤️ The location is perfect: peaceful and beautiful, yet only a couple of minutes from town and from an amazing panoramic spot for sunrise and sunset. 🌅
The cave-style rooms are beautiful, authentic and full of character — they really give you that unique Cappadocia feeling. Breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the incredible landscape, is the perfect way to start the day. ☕🥐
A very special thank you to Bahar, the owner, who is absolutely wonderful — warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. ❤️ She arranged everything for me at very affordable prices, from airport transfers to the hotel and back ✈️🚐, to the hot-air balloon 🎈, ATV, Green Tour and even a private guided tour, including the Open Air Museum. Having a private guide was fantastic — I learned so much about the history, culture and incredible story of Cappadocia, and it made the whole experience even more meaningful.

The entire team is just as lovely — always smiling, welcoming and ready with tea, coffee or anything you need. ☕🫖 You genuinely feel taken care of here.
And one funny detail that says everything about how beautiful this place is: while I was sitting outside having tea, I watched several people on their way to see the sunset stop and walk into the hotel courtyard just to take pictures because they loved how the hotel looked! 😂📸 I think four or five people did it — and I remember thinking, “Well… I definitely picked the right hotel!” 😄

Un très belle hôtel, avec un personnel attentif et réactif.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié séjourner à cette hôtel, la chambre étaient propre, spacieuse et bien équipé. Le personnel était à l’écoute et réactif à nos demandes. Le petit déjeuné très varié et différents chaque jours. Nous étions proches des commerces, restaurants et la vue était magnifique.
