The staff very friendly and informative.
Great location

Cons:

The room was very musty and stained carpets.
We had to leave the balcony door open for fresh air as I suffer from alleges and left me sneezing the whole stay.
We had to check out early due to my allergy with the room

Good location, good service, comfy .
Pros:

Close to everything. Good place to stay if you’ve got a show in the valley. Complimentary snacks and drinks . Front desk guy was super nice and friendly. ( this is lacking in most establishments these days, so keep that guy on the front desk)

Cons:

No view really but it’s smushed into around a lot of other buildings so didn’t expect much. Parking is a bit pricey and I feel like it should be included or half the price.

Location was great for where we were going

Cons:

This is the second time we have stayed here and first time was pretty dirty, but thought we'd give it another go. This time, the room was filthy. Bed head, phone, glassware, bench were very dusty. The curtains were gross and looked like coffee and drinks had been thrown at them. There was hair on the toilet and a huge build up of dirt under the side table. Glass doors to balcony were also filthy.

Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

No power outlets on either side of the bed - only a multi-port AC socket module which was broken (mentioned to house staff but not replaced).
