A good clean modern hotel in the lively New Farm precinct with an efficient front desk.
Pros:

The property is easy to access and at the end of the James Street precinct. New Farm is not far from the airport and a short inexpensive Uber ride.

Would stay again. Very close to James Street for restaurants.
Pros:

Great location. Easy access to everything and convenient to come downstairs for coffee. Free water was welcome on arrival. Room very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Staff were happy to bring us ice when requested.

Cons:

Lighting in bedrooms could have been better. No washing up liquid or tea towels.

Pros:

was in a good location, walking distance to the Fortitude Valley music hall. We attended a concert at the venue, so it was convenient to walk there to attend the concert.

Cons:

I booked early being Easter Monday. But it was cheaper two days before we stayed. so not the best price.

Block of commission flats 2 doors down that were filthy.

Cons:

We left. Toilets didn’t flush- vomit on balcony- bodily fluids on pillows.

They provided a refund.
