We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was clean and tidy, and there were plenty of facilities available. We also enjoyed the beautiful city view from our window. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the luggage storage facility after checkout was a great bonus.
The only downsides were that the lighting in the room was quite dim and the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, which was a little inconvenient.
The location was great, and you get a welcome cookie upon arrival. The staff was nice, the room was okay, and the bed was comfortable.
Every time someone flushed the toilet, we could hear the plumbing in our bathroom, which was quite noisy. The shower pressure wasn’t very good either.

Asking for some basic things for the room, like extra tissues, toilet paper seemed to be a problem at times and took longer than expected.
