Nice breakfast very disappointing toom
Pros:

The breakfast was ok

Cons:

Yellow urine stained grout around the toilet. Rude room service, and roof top bar closed on a beautiful night. Definitely not worth the $400 I paid. The room also hug a musky smell. Not happy

Rubbish won’t be going back
Pros:

Location promised valet parking but concierge empty all weekend, bars closed at 10pm and one bar didn’t open at all

Cons:

Swimming pool area dangerous with water all over flooring to lift, stain in bedroom floor, enter on ground floor but then have to get lift to reception, so on checkout in and out of lift numerous times to leave hotel

Restful rewarding hidden experience
Pros:

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the chef. The selection food was almost as good as the Hyatt Canberra. Breakfast was good Dinner was superb.. Dinner and service was exceptional.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like as that would reflect upon my choice of hotels and out of the hotels in the city, this is the one of my favourites

Do not give your cudtom to the Melbourne Sheraton Hotel
Pros:

Do not make the mistake of confusing this establishment as a 5 star or upmarket hotel.
1. They do accept Apple Pay or any other Tap & Go only physical credit cards, however their system is so bad they have problems processing the cards till eventually they email you an invoice to pay and this is prior to receiving access to a room.
2. They closed the restaurant at 1.30pm so food was provided in the lounge area.
3. I never thought you could get someone to make a bad Caeser Salad but they seem to be ones to do it.
4. No mini bar.
An overall bad experience hopefully never to be repeated
