The bed in the one bedroom unit was uncomfortable- very firm
Good location for Bourbon Street and Frenchman Street. Handy for walking around all the main tourist areas. 10 mins walk to Canal Street to get the trolley. The apartment was clean and had lots of space. No noise from the busy streets.
No hot water in the kitchen.
Excellent property. Beautiful reception area. Exceptional staff. Very large and clean suites. We had 208. Only 12 stairs up. Some rooms were more. Lovely pool area with towels provided. Pool was clean. Our balcony was huge. Absolutely excellent stay.
There was nothing to not like.

Location in the French Quarter. Immaculate reception area, nice private outside space and pool if required.
There were a few age related issues to fixtures and fittings. Dish washers did not work, heavily stained rug in the sitting room, Venetian blinds tatty, some door bolts not working, noisy AC unit.
Location was amazing, having a pool and hot tub and outdoor area to relax was great!
It looks like future bookings are much higher priced and non-cancel options.
The courtyard and pool area was absolutely lovely and the staff could not be more friendly. The location was fantastic, just one block from Bourbon Street. Very quiet. The bed was comfortable. We stayed in a ground floor apartment which was great as the property does not have a lift for the upper floors.
The kitchen was a little small but functional. It would have been nice to have a washing machine.
Location was perfect for our needs of the festival locations, where our friends were staying, and the World War II museum. The place having a kitchenette allowed us to enjoy the benefits of a cooking class for more than one day. The bed was amazingly comfortable and check-in didn't matter how late our flight got in since it was keyless!
The whole time we stayed (6 nights), there was no service for switching our towels or making the bed. We didn't mind but it came as a surprise for the price.
Although a block from Bourbon Street, the hotel was quiet inside the room and in the courtyard. After long walks in New Orleans, the hot tub was a relief. The arrangement of the suite was awesome. It provided a room for entertaining without view of a bed. The leather furniture there was comfortable. With the living room between the street and the bedroom, sleeping came easy. The business side of the suite, kitchenette, closet, and bathroom was nestled in the back. Management was attentive to our needs even fixing a minor leak from an AC pan the day I brought it to their attention.

Spacious suite with two bedrooms and two baths and full kitchen/living area. Very well located but also quiet when needed. The pool and hottub were a nice bonus. I would stay again.
The bedrooms do not cool as much as the main areas and it can get a little sticky at night. I could have slept with the bedroom door open to alter this but I prefer a closed door for sleep so I made due.

If you want to be in walking distance to everything French quarter this is a great location. The pool and hot tub area was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean.
We booked the 2 bedroom apartment, and it was on the 3rd floor, and this is not your typical 3rd floor , these were steep winding stairs. We were staying for a week so carrying heavy suitcases, coolers, and groceries ect…. was crazy. There are definitely people who would not be able to do it. Also, the dishwasher was broken and had clearly been broken a long time. Washing dishes was not on my vacation plan. There is no parking so plan on paying a significant additional amount if you’re bringing a car.
