Wonderful wonderful great location very quiet clean and affordable
Pros:

Very nice mgr had a lil hick up with our 1st although i freaking love that room but he instantly changed it and we were fine th e whole stay was a vibe i woud definitely book again ive definitely been bragging.

Pros:

Location location location! Excellent location in the French Quarter. Pleasant lobby. Quirky hotel. Authentically NOLA. If you want the perks of a hotel (such as elevators, room service, laundry, modern decor) this is not the place for you. It's like having your own little apartment in New Orleans. Antique furniture. A decent walk in shower. Room safe in closet. Staff was very accommodating. Small private pool for guests on nice interior space with lounge chairs. Very easy to walk to good restaurants and sights. Easy Uber transportation as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

One of us uses a walker after knee surgery and room 206 was up 21 narrow steps and had a very high off the floor antique 4 poster bed. The staff loaned us a step ladder to get in and out of bed. As soon as a room available on 1st floor they moved us down to that level. Michael was extremely gracious and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here. This was not really a negative on the hotel and they went out of their way to accomodate our needs.

Excellent location, lovely accommodation and Kenneth was very prompt to respond. Highly recommend this place.

The best!
Pros:

Perfectly located. Loved the pool and courtyard. It always smelled wonderfully and was so clean. Michael helped us out. He was so kind and attentive.

Pros:

The apartment itself is pretty big, and I love that I had a balcony and a small pool.

It was super clean and it felt very historic.

Cons:

It was very strange. They will not allow me to store my bags for a few hours. So if your flight arise before there’s no place to store your bags before actual check-in.

Gorgeous French Quarter living
Pros:

I loved the charm of the property and the air conditioning was life saving! The location was unbeatable and the staff really friendly. Check in was easy as was the security. A beautiful stay which felt like home.

Cons:

Sometimes there was noise from the other residents which can’t obviously be helped. But there wasn’t anything that I disliked :)

Great Location
Pros:

Good location for Bourbon Street and Frenchman Street. Handy for walking around all the main tourist areas. 10 mins walk to Canal Street to get the trolley. The apartment was clean and had lots of space. No noise from the busy streets.

Cons:

No hot water in the kitchen.

Pros:

Excellent property. Beautiful reception area. Exceptional staff. Very large and clean suites. We had 208. Only 12 stairs up. Some rooms were more. Lovely pool area with towels provided. Pool was clean. Our balcony was huge. Absolutely excellent stay.

There was nothing to not like.

Location in the French Quarter. Immaculate reception area, nice private outside space and pool if required.

Cons:

There were a few age related issues to fixtures and fittings. Dish washers did not work, heavily stained rug in the sitting room, Venetian blinds tatty, some door bolts not working, noisy AC unit.
