Smell so bad
Pros:

I only stayed in my room 5 minutes before I checked out and requested a refund. THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE in the hallway and in the rooms.

Cons:

I arrived on Thursday June 25, 2026 at 3:48. I reserved 2 rooms. After stepping off the elevator the smell was horrible. One room had a sticky floor and some type of stain. From the smell I determined it was pet urine. The second room smelled of dog feces. After making a complaint to the front desk both representatives displayed a horrible attitude to my wife, mother and daughter. Both stated it was nothing they could or would do about the odor, housekeeping only shows up every 2 days and they would not move us to other rooms. I was able to reserve elsewhere but disappointed I could not stay at my first choice. This was a huge inconvenience
I know this place may not care about losing $1200.00 of my business but I will NEVER book here again.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff are most helpful and polite. They were so kind when I needed to extend my stay. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the overall location was very safe. Would definitely return. 10/10!

Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing that cooked and prepared it. Friendly and smiling.

Cons:

If you like a firm bed then you'll like the bed there. I didnt like the every other day housekeeping and I didn't like that they didn't vacuum or wipe surfaces. Pool is small. Inside is outdated. Only one elevator worked, and that one didn't have up to date inspection posted. Elevator was but clearly posted when you walk in and ppl let their dogs poop outside the front door and doesn't clean up after them.

A very nice stay, but if ever that way again, we might stay elsewhere.
Pros:

Our room was very nice, and the bathroom had great lighting, and the height of the sink was a good height (I'm 6'1"). The gym was excellent and a real bonus, particularly with the included earbuds. There were some minor issues. The slightly confusing parking garage is shared with the Publix grocery store. The shower water pressure was weak. There was only one working elevator, and it was painfully slow. Both the washer and dryer (2 each) cost $1.50 per load. I can't comment on the breakfast, because I ate off-site. Overall, a positive experience.
There are dining options right outside the hotel, so you don't need to drive if you don't want to.
