Good location but not worth the price to stay
Pros:

It is close to where we need to be and that’s the only reason for staying there. The breakfast bar or whatever they call it is good too and the breakfast staff are really nice.

Cons:

Rooms, hallway, elevator were all in need of cleaning and maintenance. Our room had dental floss pics on the floor and was generally dirty. The maintenance that was done in the room or repairs looked like a fifth grader had done them. Just really poor quality of work for a Hilton. Very disappointed. A few pictures attached of the low end maintenance. When I complained about things I got an attitude from a couple people at the desk. Then I had to ask, is this really a Hilton?

It is a very nice hotel but I would stay there if things remain the same.
Pros:

The room was spacious and neat. The breakfast was very nice and well presented.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not visit our room once during our three day stay. The trash was not emptied. We had to go to the front desk to get sheets for couch bed and to get towels. The water pressure was very low in the shower.

It was a short stay for a wedding. We enjoyed the room and the breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel. Closeto many places to eat and shop.

I did not find anything that wasn’t accommodating.

Pros:

Nice Room. Great staff. Great locatiln for my purpose!

Cons:

Child size toilet, 6 inches hi🤨🤨🤨. See many hotels doing this dont understand why.

It's a great location downtown. It has very nice spacious rooms

Cons:

The wi-fi was terrible, could not get online most of the time I was there. Also was not impressed with the breakfast options. No non-dairy provided.

Smell so bad
Pros:

I only stayed in my room 5 minutes before I checked out and requested a refund. THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE in the hallway and in the rooms.

Cons:

I arrived on Thursday June 25, 2026 at 3:48. I reserved 2 rooms. After stepping off the elevator the smell was horrible. One room had a sticky floor and some type of stain. From the smell I determined it was pet urine. The second room smelled of dog feces. After making a complaint to the front desk both representatives displayed a horrible attitude to my wife, mother and daughter. Both stated it was nothing they could or would do about the odor, housekeeping only shows up every 2 days and they would not move us to other rooms. I was able to reserve elsewhere but disappointed I could not stay at my first choice. This was a huge inconvenience
I know this place may not care about losing $1200.00 of my business but I will NEVER book here again.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff are most helpful and polite. They were so kind when I needed to extend my stay. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the overall location was very safe. Would definitely return. 10/10!
