Very pleasant stay at this Hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect . The room was pleasant and comfortable . Not modern but it had character . Staff were helpful and friendly . I had a lovely breakfast delivered to my room .

Cons:

I was on the 3rd floor and though I could get up and down the winding staircase fine there is no way I could have managed my large suitcase . Staff were happy to assist .

Le personnel est sympathique.
La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres.
La literie est confortable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était indiqué sur la fiche de l’hôtel alors qu’il n’était pas possible de le prendre à l’hôtel.
Une bouilloire serait la bienvenue dans la chambre.
Mon avis sur l’emplacement est mitigé : très bien placé car en plein centre-ville, tout est accessible à pieds.
Mais l’inconvénient de l’avantage c’est le bruit : le week-end impossible de dormir avant 3 heures du matin à cause des cris, des hurlements et de rires dans la rue.

Pros:

Albergo molto caratteristico. La posizione è eccellente: situato nel centro della città, è vicino alla stazione centrale di Bruxelles, da cui partono i treni diretti per l’aeroporto. Lo staff è gentile, cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

La pulizia è un aspetto da migliorare.

un hôtel idéalement situé pour les visites dans le quartier historique avec le charme de l'ancien.
Pros:

emplacement ideal. à environ 15mn à pied de la gare Bruxelles midi et à environ 7 mn à pied de celle de Bruxelles central. toutes les visites intéressantes sont faisables à pied. google map fonctionne bien. pas besoin de prendre métro ou bus. accueil très sympa.

Cons:

escalier un peu étroit mais pas gênant.

Pros:

Ponto positivo localização ótima perto de tudo os pontos turísticos no centro histórico. Vários restaurantes perto.

Cons:

Não tem elevador, fiquei no 5 andar as escadas estreitas perigosas, e tem que subir com as malas.

Unique old-fashioned hotel in the heart of Brussels

We enjoyed staying at this quaint little hotel, which is located very close to the Manneken Pis fountain. The rooms, which are located above a gift shop, are accessible via a tight spiral staircase. The owner and her staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the price was quite reasonable.

Cons:

No complaints. The building is old, but we viewed that as a positive. People who are expecting a fancy, modern hotel with lots of perks should consider looking elsewhere.
