I stayed at Aim Patong Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.

At check-in, they first tried to give me a different room than the one I had booked. Only after I pointed it out did they change it to the correct room.

The room itself was not soundproof at all, and the noise made it very difficult to sleep at night.

Additionally, one of the staff members, Ben, spoke to us in a moody and unfriendly way, which affected our overall experience.

I hope the hotel improves both service and room quality.
