バイキング以外完璧また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

受付の対応が素晴らしい👍

Cons:

朝のバイキングで、ホールのスタッフが、誰かが何か分からないけど料理の汁をこぼしたとき。
スタッフさんが足で適当に拭いていたのです。
見てて、不快でした。
せめて手で拭いて欲しかったです。

素敵な思い出。
Pros:

今回孫の誕生日で、奈良の観光旅行で、宿泊しました。お部屋も広く温泉も♨️あり、孫も大喜びでした。
スタッフの方々どの方も、親切でお部屋には、誕生日カードにメッセージも置いて下さり、とても楽しい旅行になり、感謝してます。

Cześć wspólną w hotelu ok, możliwość korzystania z onsenu to super opcja. Dość bogate śniadania, choć bardzo bardzo japońskie :)

Cons:

W pokoju brak możliwości otwarcia okna (widok na ścianę), słabo działająca klimatyzacja, która nie była czyszczona od niewiadomo kiedy - wszystko to powodowało ogromną wilgoć niszczącą ściany w pokoju.

お風呂が快適！
Pros:

部屋が綺麗だった。お風呂が良かった。

Cons:

8時ごろに朝風呂に入ろうと思ったら、朝風呂の時間は5時から8時だったみたいで、入らなかった。チェックインの時、一言言ってくれれば良かったと思いました。あと、浴衣で朝食バイキングは無理と断られた。説明もなかったので、少しがっかりでした。

居心地良かった
Pros:

朝食の種類が豊富で柿の葉寿司もありました。
息子は生卵ご飯二杯おかわりしていました。
お土産店もバリエーションあり、フロントの方が会計をされるので時間を気にせず購入でき助かりました。
スタッフの方が書かれたフロントにある達筆な【ちょっとしたこと】だったり、ホワイトボードいっぱいの観光オススメスポットや燕ちゃん達についての手書き情報は、とても見入ってしまいました。
スタッフ皆さん接客が丁寧で心地よかったです。

Cons:

朝食は窓際だったのですが、緑のお手入れがされているともっと素晴らしい眺め空間になるのではないかな〜と思います♪
