修学旅行以来の奈良旅行でしたが素敵な時間を過ごせて、奈良が大好きになりました！次も予約させていただきました。
Pros:

スタッフの笑顔と優しい雰囲気、美味しい朝食に温泉と大満足でした。繁忙期ではないとはいえ、たくさんの宿泊客が滞在する中、ちゃんとお客様一人を覚えていらして声をかけてくださって嬉しく思いました。

Cons:

大浴場（温泉）の営業時間がもう少し長いと（11時でおしまいは少し早すぎます）温泉を楽しめます。また、奈良の道は意外と複雑（行けそうに見えても車専用とか）なので、もう少し目印など伝えてくださると助かります。（例えば小さな道でも車は通れそうもない程度）良くなかったというよりは、お願いになってしまいました。

　部屋に携帯充電器があり助かった
　ホテルから荷物を送ることが出来た

部屋に置いてある施設の利用時間が実際と違っていた　指摘すると利用券には書いてありますと言われたが　受付の時に言ってほしかった　せっかくの温泉に入れなかった

良かった
Pros:

朝食に奈良の郷土料理があるのが良かった事と部屋が広めで良かった。
朝食会場スタッフと受付男性スタッフは素晴らしいと思う。

Cons:

受付のスタッフの年配女性の接客の対応が良くなかった。
自分が対応した客じゃなくても出て行く時、手の空いてるスタッフは『ありがとうございました』とか『いってらっしゃいませ』とか言うと思うけど知らんふりしてた。
