The value for money was absolutely terrible. The room cost €170, but in my opinion it wasn’t even worth €80. For that price, I expected a much higher standard.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was clearly not properly cleaned. The floor was dirty, there was dust everywhere, and cobwebs on the windows. The bathroom was the worst part – there were stains on the toilet and the trash bin, which was very unpleasant.

In addition, there was no hairdryer and, most importantly, no air conditioning. The room was unbearably hot and stuffy. It was almost impossible to ventilate it because the windows could barely be opened, and they were secured with wire. Right outside the window was a busy street at almost the same level as the room, making the whole situation even worse.

The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the high price, I expected it to be at least one of the highlights of the stay, but it was very average. After seeing the condition of the room and the bathroom, I honestly didn’t feel comfortable eating there.

Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel served its purpose, but I would not choose to stay again. The facilities were basic, and the common areas felt more like long corridors than inviting shared spaces. My room was quite cell-like, with limited natural light and little fresh air, and the bed was uncomfortable.
That said, the hotel was exceptionally clean, which I appreciated. Although I had paid for breakfast, it was very much on a budget. The member of staff in the restaurant was engaging and highly professional, which contrasted sharply with the check-in experience and the overall entry process, both of which felt overly secure. On reflection, the hotel was also overpriced for what it offered. Overall, Mitre was functional for my stay, but I was glad to hand my key back at the end.

The pillow was hard and uncomfortable and one was not clean. The room I was placed in was noisy early on a Saturday morning, as it was right next to the cafe. I asked to be moved rooms, but apparently nothing was available A member of staff had strange behaviour towards me

Would suggest a couple of additional hooks to hang towels on.

Very basic , I had a horrible picture of a rat right in front of the bed . It wasn’t exactly something I wanted to look at. The floor was wooden you definitely need to bring slippers or some kind of footwear . It was very loud music coming from somewhere. Late night. In the morning I was woken at 6::30 with the sun shining from around the blinds . The restaurant wasn’t wait fine who is in a very strange place . Also very basic food I got there at 8 am and most of the food had gone all wasn’t out yet. Disappointing.
