For the price I paid, we was expecting at least a room facing the main road or at least having air con, but there was just a small fan inside, and it was quite hot inside.

Very poor breakfast. Laundry not changed daily despite asking for it. No shower mats to prevent slipping.

Working batteries in the tv remote and very noisy room in the morning as it’s adjacent to the road. Room 120. If I stayed again I would want a room on the upper levels.

Great value, Friendly staff, close to many shops, has a fridge in room and clean and comfortable :)
The shower didn't fit well in the shower holder and had to be balanced to use, when using the fridge make sure to have a spare room card as when I got back it had gone funny due to the electric being off without a card.
Reception Staff were lovely
No housekeeping and we stayed 4 nights.
Breakfast was edible but not good.
It seems part of the Hotel is let to the council which means some undesirable looking people, it didn't feel very safe.
