One of the best experiences ever!
Pros:

This is one of the most special places I ever visited. It felt like a fairy tale from the first to the last minute. And the food is also fantastic as well as a very rich breakfast. Everybody is highly attentive and personal, just lovely!

Geweldig verblijf in een prachtig stadspaleis
Pros:

Het is een pareltje in de drukke binnenstad van Jaipur. Een prachtig, groot opgezet en eeuwenoud stadspaleis omgetoverd tot een top hotel, waar je aan alle kanten in de watten wordt gelegd: eten, kamers, gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid: àlles werkelijk top!

Our stay was comfortable and a real treat to experience this heritage property that is well maintained and cared for.
Pros:

The heritage aesthetic and decor is stunning . The food at their restaurant is delicious and the facilities on the property are exceptional. Such a wonderful experience . I left at six in the morning to catch an early morning flight, the hotel prepared a lovely breakfast box to take away .

Cons:

The Ubers often decline coming that way to fetch you .

The property is excellent but these minor service hiccups should be taken care.
Pros:

Once inside the property everything looks good but prefer to go during winter. Summer is too hot in Rajasthan. Rooms were spacious the staff were very polite n welcoming.

Cons:

Welcoming was done by Ms Simran in a good way. She explained all her n dental and very courteous. But my experience at the checkout was never expected. I called the reception to arrange for baggage pickup and drop a near the main gate for taking the cab. Two persons came and said I have consumed chocolate from the minibar which we said no. And asked them to check. Handed over two trolleys and a backpack. We were just checking up and cleared things and pickup of belongings and reached the reception. The receptionist said all good and we can depart. He didn’t handover the bills not said it would be made available as soft copy. The luggage were kept in the open under a tree and no one around nor the receptionist tell anyone. We had to carry ourselves as it was not smooth, with too many uneven surface and steps. Luckily the man at the gate helped bring it down near the taxi. Never expected like this even from a small hotel.

Amazing calm oasis in the middle of busy Jaipur

Beautiful hotel, architecture, garden, everything. An amazing peaceful oasis in the middle of Jaipur. Everything was beautiful, everyone from the staff was extremely nice, relaxing at the pool, breakfast under the porch, the beautiful garden, the cheeky monkeys on the roofs, the nice dinners. Really had a wonderful time.

Cons:

The only thing is that our room only had a window in the bathroom, so even though it was an amazing room, big with amazing interiors, spending time in the room was not as nice as the outdoors because of lack of contact with the outside so it was a bit strange. That said I think every room is different so happy to try a different one next time.

A dream of a hotel. We can’t wait to return.
Pros:

I’ve travelled to many places around the world but a hotel like Samode Haveli is rare. The buildings are truly spectacular and kept impeccably. The he staff are the perfect combination of incredibly helpful without ever being overbearing. The gardens are so beautiful the whole place is an absolute dream. Mr Rajesh, the concierge, organised the handover of a ring I accidentally left in my room in person. Our driver Mohan took such good care of us, taking us around Jaipur and Agra. Our trip could not have been bettered. Thank you to everyone at the Samode Haveli.

A 10/10 experience! I would love to return.
Pros:

This is an absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Jaipur. Travelling with my son, we were warmly welcomed and upgraded to a beautiful twin-bed room in the original palace building, which immediately set the tone for a truly special stay.

The property is full of character and timeless elegance — every space feels thoughtfully designed, from the beautifully decorated bars and restaurants to the breathtaking lounge area, which genuinely feels like stepping back into another era.

The food throughout our stay was excellent, and the service was exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. In particular, Prateek Gangwar stood out for his kindness and attentiveness, helping to make our stay even more memorable.

The pool and gardens were immaculately maintained and provided a peaceful, luxurious escape. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and one of the most memorable hotel stays we have ever had.
