12 days before the arrival date a guarantee will be reserved on the credit card for this remaining amount.

De ligging

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast, vieze kamer vooral het onderste matras zat onder de vlekken. Vloer ook vies. Foto’s op Booking komen niet overeen. Nog geen 30%. Melding gemaakt, niet opgelost. Geen melding van verbouwingsoverlast in Booking of op website Banks. Na veel klagen eindelijk een nieuwe kleine kamer gekregen zonder geluidsoverlast van het verbouwen van de buren. Geen compensatie van een deluxe kamer naar een mini standaardkamer. Geluidsoverlast was vanaf 4:30 uur in de ochtend. Ontbijt niet geweldig.

Hygiene en jammer dat raam niet helemaal open kon en vond het achteraf duur voor hoe het weed aangeprezen

De kamer was extreem klein, met een slechte indeling. Dit kun je met goedfatsoen niet verhuren. Ibis hotel is nog beter.
