Just 3 days is not enough in the paradise
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, all details were well explained and always someone available to provide the best service, since the check in to bike rental, diving instructions, transfers to the other islands and back to Lombok.

Cons:

We really didn’t like to stay ONLY 3 nights, we should have stayed for at least one week 😆

We had a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations, super friendly staff and beautiful resort.
Pros:

Superb breakfast with personalised service always with a smile! Choice of al carte or buffet, fresh juices , lots of choice and wonderful service. Dinners are great either at restaurant or beach club with great choices, drinks and cocktails. Room service is amazing and runs 24/7!
We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and spoilt with own 14 m pool and lounges in multiple parts of the al fresco spaces - plenty of breakout spaces yet great for get together drinks and catch ups after a day of either soaking by the pool, beach or actively snorkelling on the nearby Gili Islands. ADI and his team go above and beyond to ensure guests are truly looked after and their stay a magical one - congratulations to ADI for exemplary leadership and captaining a group of champions!

Cons:

The sunset bar is a beautiful location to admire the sunset, we dined there on the bbq evening, the food was nice, lovely ambience but unfortunately the service was not up to the standard of the rest of the Cocana resort.

A luxury oasis in Gili Islands
Pros:

This is the best hotel in Gili islands and we were so happy we decided to have our stay here. The villa looks even better in reality, I have to say the photos don't show the amazing ambiance of the resort. Everything is a beautiful experience starting with the check in service, the restaurant(especially the beach restaurant where we had our dinner every single day), the pool, the beach area, the villa, the breakfast and not to forget the GM who is supervising everything to be perfect. The resort is pretty new, so the villas have lovely fresh design with slow living vibe all over, we had the best sleep there :)
