La proximité de lieux touristiques

Cons:

Un personnel peu présent et accueillant. Le manque d'information sur les services proposés par l'hôtel. Une baisse de la qualité de cet hôtel par rapport à notre première visite en 2024 (disparition du restaurant, accueil en étage et non plus au rez-de-chaussée, difficulté pour faire appel à un taxi...). Chambre réservée avec vue sur mer et en réalité, avec une vue plus sur les immeubles....

New and clean with water and ice available on every floor. Nice view from the higher floors. Some tours offer pickup from this hotel. Many shops and restaurants nearby

Cons:

The air conditioning wouldn’t keep the temperature I set. I wanted 22 C for sleeping, but I had to set the thermostat down to 20.5 sometimes to prevent waking up overheated with the room temp at 23.5-24 C. This happened a few times to me in South Korea at nice hotels, so perhaps it is just an energy efficiency setting? But it was a waste of energy when the system occasionally attempted to cool the room to 20.5 C. Since it’s a high-rise, you can’t open a window either.

很一般，除了地理位置还行，其他非常一般。

地理位置不错，一楼前台的服务非常周到，看到客人进来会主动打招呼和帮忙提行李。

Cons:

前台办理入住的服务人员，态度很一般，垮着脸服务，感受非常差。
我们的房间洗手池没打扫干净，还有毛发残留。
