Extremely disappointing
Pros:

location, clean.

Cons:

At this price, they still refused to let us use the swimming pool, no toothbrushes, no toothpaste, we have to buy these ourselves. All the cups were made of paper.

Pros:

Clean rooms, frequent housekeeping, drinking water on every floor, and beautiful city and sea views. The pool was also clean.

Cons:

Service was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Many things required extra payment, including an extra blanket and pool access.

We missed a breakfasts, but the hotel refused a breakfast box or refund and offered only one cup of coffee instead.

The hotel also feels worn: swollen doors, scratched furniture, ceiling stains, and disposable cups instead of proper ones.

Small details matter, and overall the service did not meet expectations. We would not choose this hotel chain again.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück sehr reichaltig und lecker! Das Hotel und die Poolanlage sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Ich hab mich vorallem für dieses Hotel entschieden, da ich eine Tour via get-your-guide gebucht hatte und man bei diesem Hotel direkt vor dem Hotel abgeholt wird und da es einen Pool hat.

Ich hab jedoch nicht realisiert, dass der Pool nicht im Preis inbegriffen war (mein Fehler, zu wenig gut gelesen) sondern separat bezahlt werden muss. Das Zimmer war nicht gerade günstig und finde es etwas speziell, dass dies separat bezahlt werden muss. Auch sitzen beim Pool ist nicht erlaubt.

Ausserdem wurde das Frühstück für 2 Personen berechnet, obwohl ich bei der Buchung nur eine Person angegeben hatte. Ich hätte zwar die Frühstücksgutscheine an der Poolbar einlösen können aber da ich jeweils an Tagestouren unterwegs war, war die Bar entweder noch nicht offen oder bereits wieder geschlossen…

Desweiteren hat uns der Tour-Anbieter informiert, dass es vom Hotel nicht mehr gerne gesehen wird, dass Leute vor dem Hotel abgeholt werden. Dies war jedoch der Hauptgrund, warum ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden hatte und wenn Sie dies nicht mehr dürfen, würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen.
