Pros:

Location

Cons:

Well the chair in the room had so many stains on it I didn't want to use it reported to reception that the smoke head was covered up.
And I had no hot water to shower as the boiler was broken for days but wasn't informed on check in

Nice small hotel in a central location with pleasant staff.
Pros:

I was in Manchester for the BIBA Convention, and this was an ideal location for a solo traveller and a one-night stay. Location is in the Gay Quarter so very central for most parts of the city. The area was busy but not too noisy, lots of places to eat and drink a short stroll away.

Cons:

The room was small; if there had been another person there or if staying more than a couple of nights, it might get cramped.

Quite dissapointing considering the area it is in id of expected alot more for the money than that.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Room was unbearably hot and only had a fan that had one setting, stains on the cushions and chair that looked slightly concerning, bodily fluid marks up the walls and mirror, shower was very small could barely move and the door kept opening allowing the water to run out onto the floor.

Bien. Puede mejorar con poco
Pros:

Great location in Manchester's liveliest area
Pros:

Ideally located from train stations, Piccadilly is only 6 - 7 minutes away and Victoria 15 - 16 minutes away. Good variety of entertainment around the hotel location, plenty of places to eat and drink like the famous Richmond Tea Rooms. Room very comfortable with a walk in shower which in the current heat wave was very welcome, double bed very comfortable with tea / coffee facilities available. Everytime I need help or information about the area the reception staff go above an beyond trying to help as much as possible. Windows were open when going into the room to help cool the room down along with a large fan which kept the room at a reasonable temperature.

Cons:

For the price no breakfast facilities provided, also I would have liked to stay the entire weekend but the price of the rooms becomes too much over the Saturday & Sunday period.

Worst hotel experience I've had, sorry.
Pros:

The lady on the desk was wonderful - definitely the best part of the stay by a long way. The blackout curtains were good. Glad there was a fan. Lovely area.

Cons:

I'm sorry to say but everything else needs improvement. The shelf in the bathroom was broken off so I had nowhere to put my toiletries. The shower needs a separate attachment so that the rainfall showerhead isn't the only option - I didn't want to get my hair wet, but couldn't move the shower head, and because the shower cubicle was so small, I had to stand in the corner with the shower on a setting that was practically a dribble to avoid getting wet hair. The bed was very uncomfortable and too soft, felt like a very cheap mattress. The chair next to the bed was covered in some really awful looking stains, so I had to put my belongings on the floor. The desk was sticky. The TV didn't have any working channels other than teleshopping and a Manchester-specific new channel. It just felt quite dirty, and I had a terrible nights sleep.

Nice stay on canal Street
Pros:

Lovely clean building. Nice room clean bedding and towel. Check-In at 12:00. Check out at 11. :00 brilliant

Cons:

Can't do anything about the heat. We went on the hottest weekend of the year so far but they had tried really hard to call the room with a really big fan. Thank you!
