The placement is really good. Traditional house with sea view balcony

It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel. I don’t know how it can be rated like this. Except the placement and traditional house, nothing merits more than 3 or 4 star. The reception persons are so nonchalant and they are not present all the time. We came with 2 big luggages and our suite is upstairs. There’s no elevator. The receptionist said that our luggages would be carried upstairs for us but no one took care of it. I have to carry them upstairs myself. The same for the checkout, I had to carry them myself downstairs. Never a 5-star hotel should tolerate this. The room is quite nice and traditional. Window view is really beautiful. However, there’s not even bottlers water in the room. Nothing in the fridge either. I asked the receptionist to bring water to the room but no water was brought to us throughout our stay. We know that there was shortage of bottled water during this period in Tunisia but come on, you are a 5 star hotel. The room facility is quite old but the sound isolation was really poor. We hear everything on the street. The included breakfast was just basic and even for an omelet or anything beyond you have to pay extra. Never seen such thing in any other 5 or even 4 star hotels.

Pros:

L'hotel està al centre de la ciutat, excel·lent situació. L'habitació i el bany molt gran. Habitació tipus suite i comfortable.

Cons:

L'habitació era molt gran i neta, però no tenia vistes al mar com havíem demanat. Estavem a peu de carrer. L'hotel pel preu no respon a la qualitat. Molt car. Les piscines no tenen espai per prendre el sol. Per accedir a determinades habitacions has de passar per la cuina. No hi ha menjador per esmorzar. És un hotel que ha quedat un tant desfesat. Hi ha moltes coses a millorar

Pros:

Le restaurant, les piscines, la possibilité de monter en voiture. Jolie vue mer.

Cons:

La chambre quadruple vue mer est située à côté d’une route passante (voitures et piétons). Assez bruyant. Dommage pour le prix.
