Pros:

Très bon emplacement, juste à côté d’un supermarché, très confortable, le linge est changé tous les jours, le personnel est vraiment très gentil et aimable, on peut même se faire masser en plein milieu du jardin

Friendly and happy staff and guests made it a really nice base for the week.

Cons:

The double bed wasn't that comfortable, and after the 1st night I ended up sleeping in one of the single beds in another room for the remainder of the stay.

Gone down hill and should take a guest review on their new and bad decisions
Pros:

The garden

Cons:

The pool was murky they have 8 hours a day karaoke bands that disturb your peace breakfast can't even be cooked as you ask they bother you to buy drinks while you are swimming the toaster only toasts 1 side
Everyone at the pool and breakfast all say how they hate the noise but complaints are not listened to

Clean, great staff and family friendly with nightly entertainment.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were amazing. A safe deposit box was kept at reception rather than an in-room safe which felt more secure

Cons:

Unfortunately our shower had an issue where water was flowing into the rest of the bathroom - perhaps due to a poorly placed shower curtain that billowed too much. A screen would fix the issue. Staff were very accommodating though with extra towels and cleaning.

High n Low Feeling !!!
Pros:

Definitely the Cleanliness of the Property Grounds and Room's.
Lot's of space ,not so clustered.
Massage station set up on the grounds so you don't need to go far.

Cons:

*Water supply had to be cut off for cleaning without warning ⚠️ hence shower, toilet and basin had dirty water 💧 running.
*Breakfast was Bland n Menu was Plain. Compared to other Hotel that charge the same price there was more to offer.
*Housekeeping don't Knock on the door on DND sign they walk right in. But knock first, when you're Partner is outside to say Knock incase sleeping/toilet. Twice it happened.
*Noise levels are High right from early Morning to Night from Kids running around n Band playing ▶️ Sleeping is terrible.
*Pool was over crowded at times Kids jumping n doesn't look clean. Noisy all round.
*This hotel is more Family Oriented than Couples looking for Quiteness n Restraunt to have a Good meals . They have a policy No food from outside recommended.

I was on level 3 and there was no lift for a friend who struggled with the stairs.
No safe in the room.
