Charmng great location a bit rustic
Pros:

The location is central to everywhere in the old city. Great restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and graciously helped us with changing to a more comfortable room than we were put in our first night. The pool was very clean. Rooftop place for relaxing was very pleasant.

Cons:

We had reserved the apartment. It turned out to be very uncomfortable. There are no windows, and the second bed was a sofa which did not fit a short adult. It is next door to the hotel but did not feel safe or confortable for 2 women. Once we moved to the main hotel the new room we had was way more comfortable and pleasant. There are two very steep staircases in the main hotel, which were a bit challenging.

El hotel refleja la identidad de la ciudad. El personal muy amable y a disposición

Cons:

Que no hicieran actividades en el hotel. Hay otro hotel de la misma marca en Cartagena que si ofrece actividades dentro del hotel para sus huéspedes. Creo que deberían adaptarlo al tipo de público que recibe este hotel e implementarlo, sobre todo en días feos con lluvia nublados donde capaz no está la chance de hacer un tour fuera.

Pros:

Perfektes Hotel im Herzen Altstadts, sehr nettes Personal, sprechen auch englisch. Roof Top Pool ist sehr schön

Frühstück könnte besser sein, ist aber in der Gesamtkonstellation ok

Pros:

I loved the breakfast. It’s served on the rooftop by the pool and made fresh to order for everyone. You get an option of eggs (omelets or scrambled) with toppings, a juice, a coffee or tea, a plate of fruits, and an arepa. We also really appreciated that there was a water dispenser with filtered drinking water at reception. It was really awesome to not have to buy a ton of water bottles from the local stores and just stay hydrated in the heat. Powerful AC was great too!

Cons:

This is more of a personal preference, but the recommendations that reception will give you for local restaurants are going to be for those really expensive, touristy restaurants with fancy small plates and live shows. I personally like the hole-in-the-wall local spots and had to go find those myself. But the fancy recommendations they gave looked really cool if that’s what you prefer!

Pros:

Fuimos por nuestra luna de miel . La verdad malas las instalaciones . Las piezas sin frigobar . Mi marido se cortó el pie porque le pasaron un refri en mal estado con las bandejas y para peor le cobraron el agua que se cayó . Hay hoteles mucho mejores

Cons:

Todas las habitaciones eran por escaleras y mi esposa y yo somos mayores de edad. Debo destacar que el personal se ocupó muy amablemente para que pudiéramos hospedarnos en el Hotel Anandá, que es donde pasamos nuestra estadía.
Por lo que vimos del Hotel, nos pareció hermoso.

Me encantó el estilo colonial, la comodidad de la cama, y el detalle en la habitación.

Cons:

Cogimos una habitación superior, y tienen varias que para nada tienen que ver unas con las otras. Cambian mucho sobre todo el tamaño. Nosotros elegimos una con bañera pero al llegar no había y nos asignaron otra, en teoría superior a la contratada, y aunque la habitación era grande y estaba bastante bien, no era lo que habíamos contratado.
El personal nos atendió estupendamente y nos quiso ayudar en todo, pero aún así, esperábamos más de la habitación ya que íbamos de luna de miel y era ocasión especial.

Tolles Boutique-Hotel in der Altsatdt

Einen wunderschönes Hotel, mitten in der historischen Altstadt, aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir hatten ein ganz toll eingerichtetes großes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Pool zum relaxen. Positiv ist auch, dass man kostenlos gefiltertes Wasser erhält.

Cons:

Die Dusche wurde leider nicht sehr warm, war aber bei den hohen Temperaturen draußen kein Problem.

Ha habitación hermosa , limpia y muy bien decorada además el hotel está súper bien ubicado a pocos minutos del reloj y otros lugares de interés. Natali la señorita de recepción y todos los demás muy atentos

Era una casona antigua en el centro histórico

Para pasar al baño había que atravesar un refundido en el piso que resultaba peligroso y si te habías bañado te tenías que mojar
