Tolle Aussicht und viele Attraktionen rund ums Hotel.

Cons:

Pensionierte Gäste, die sich über den Aufenthalt so vieler Kinder aufregen!
Bekommt man das als Eltern mit, fühlt man sich sehr unerwünscht!
Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre super.

Tolles Essen, freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Hotel mit super Komfort
Pros:

Bin in die Hotelbar "The People'Z" zum Abendessen (á la carte) gegangen. Essen war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Preis Leistung top. Frühstück habe ich kurzfristig in der Früh dazugebucht. Sehr große Auswahl und großes Buffet auch mit Koch für Omlett usw. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekter Komfort. Rezeption sehr hilfreich bei Fragen, egal welcher Art.

Super Erholung bzw. Zwischenstopp - perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstück extra dazu gebucht und sehr gut - mega Buffet und super Preis dafür. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Massage war hervorragend, Wellnesbereich und Hallenbad ist super ausgestattet. Preis/Leistung war perfekt. Sehr sauber und Ausstattung war auch einwandfrei.

Perfekter Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht, aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sind in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind toll und neu ausgestattet und die Größe ist genau richtig gewesen. Ich habe im dazugehörigen Restaurant gegessen und es war köstlich.

Alles. Tolles Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Toller Ruhebereich bei der Sauna. Wassertemperatur im Pool war angenehm. Essen sehr gut. Betten super. Zimmer sehr schön.

Es war rund um alles gut

Cons:

Es gab draußen keine Mülleimer wo man sein Müll entsorgen konnte. Was jammern auf hohen Niveau ist.

Hotel storniert eine nicht stornierbare Buchung
Cons:

Ich hatte kurzfristig über booking gebucht und erhielt umgehend eine Bestätigung mit dem Hinweis, dass ich nicht kostenlos stornieren kann.
Als wir fast an der Unterkunft angekommen waren, rief ein Hotelmitarbeiter an und sagte, er müsse die Buchung stornieren, da das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Wir müssten uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Keine Entschuldigung oder Bedauern.
Wir hätten unter den Umständen erwartet, dass ein Mitarbeiter des ausgebuchten Hotels eine alternative Unterkunft angeboten hätte.
