I liked the location,food and stafff.Thank you Danny for dtopping us to the cable car station.
Pros:

Breakfast could have been better,ie something hot for vegitarian.

Cons:

No sauna or steem room open in the morning.

Ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel war sehr gemütlich. Die Umgebung war sehr schön. Der Wellness Bereich war sehr gut.
Das Essen sehr lecker.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir jeden Schritt und jedes Wort der Familie über uns hören . Besonders in der Nacht .

perfect service and location. nice pool and good local food at fair price.

Cons:

un peu de marche de la garre jusqu'aux oeufs...vous devez prendre les oeufs puis marcher 10 minutes pour arriver a l'hotel. C' est une concession a faire pour une parfaite tranquilité.

Absolutely amazing hotel with first class service, very friendly staff and great Spa. One of the best Swiss breakfast that we have during our one month Switzerland travel. The location is much better than in Zermatt, less tourists and closer to multiple hiking trails

Gletscherwanderung, die Natur geniessen, zur Ruhe kommen und sich von jedem neuen Tag aufs Neue überraschen lassen.
Pros:

Wir hätten nie erwartet, so ein besonderes Hotel zu finden. Fernab vom Trubel in Zermatt haben wir einen Ort gefunden, an dem man sich vom ersten Moment an einfach wohlfühlt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab – oft sogar, bevor man ihn selber kennt. Die Liebe zum Detail, die Ruhe, das feine Essen und die wunderschöne Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Man merkt, dass dieses Hotel mit ganz viel Herz geführt wird.

Cons:

Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten. Ehrlich gesagt fällt uns nichts ein, was man besser machen könnte.

Pros:

Personnel très agréable et gentil. Très bel espace piscine sauna spa salle de repos. Situation de l’hôtel parfaite, immédiatement sur la piste

Oberhalb von Zermatt liegt dss perfekte Berghotel
Pros:

Das Hotel Silvana ist wirklich die beste Adresse im ganzen Tal, etwas oberhalb von Zermatt.
Das Spa ist wirklich super gemacht und für Ski- und Snowboardliebhaber gibt es direkt Anschluss an die Pisten des super Skigebiets hier von Zermatt.
Das Design der Räume ist wirklich außergewöhnlich da sich alte und neue Elemente perfekt vermischen.
Das Team ist auch super freundlich, dazu noch sehr leckeres Essen aus der Küche.
Zum Entspannen direkt an der Natur einfach genial.
Wir kommen gerne immer wieder hier her.
Zermatt hat natürlich viele sehr gute Hotels, aber im Silvana fühlen wir uns immer am Besten.

Vielen Dank für die romantischen perfekten Aufenthalte.
