Cute place if you get the right room and do not care about the hot tubing pool. Walking distance
Pros:

I enjoyed the second room I got. #28 was recently remodeled. I loved how close it is to main st. The staff was mostly nice.

Cons:

The main reason I picked this place was because it was smaller with a hot tub. It had no hot tub. When I inquired about the hot tub the staff told me s*** happens . The pool is dirty. The first room I had #19 had the strongest oder .

Pleasant
Pros:

Great location! Friendly staff and I personally love seeing their cats lounging around. Very homey feeling. I also liked the parking. And it's quite there.

Cons:

I have to be honest. I was really looking forward to the pool. It needs updates. My mom and I reluctantly went in but quickly got out. That's my only negative.

God willing next year my dad wants to come back and stay in the Bungalow. He enjoys sitting outside.
Pros:

My sister and I brought my parents to go to San Juan to the Baslicia and to see family in Hondo and they have been thru Fredrickburg but had never stopped. My dad wanted to visit town and they were very happy with the stay.

Very nice, relaxing and quiet.
Pros:

Very quiet and clean! I also adored the two kitties on site :) they were so friendly and allowed me to give them pets (they are also famous and have their own post cards). 💓

Cons:

Figuring out how to get some of the outlets to work :) we just needed to find the right switch!

If you have to stay here it’s bearable but if you want true comfort look for something else.
Pros:

Great location, it had a good ceiling fan and the water pressure was excellent

Cons:

The door had a WIDE gap at the bottom, you could see daylight and bugs coming thru the bottom. The neighbors were door slammers and we could feel the vibration of it in our room.

Good value and excellent location.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Room had refrigerator, microwave, TV, A/C and instant-hot water for shower/bath. Free covered parking.

Cons:

Door to room did not seal properly, large gaps around frame. Overall, room reflected its age.
