Nice older hotel that had sweet character
Pros:

The upstairs balcony room, the coffee in the room, the bed was pretty comfy

Cons:

Hair on the bathroom floor, flaking paint off the bathroom baseboards, and one of the bathroom cabinet doors was coming off its hinges.

Excellent stay, great location!
Pros:

Great cute place, excellent to be able to sit outside, nice with covered parking next to our room, nice pool with the perfect water temperature, walking distance to many things.

Cons:

If I have to criticize something it would be the flat pillows and the couch was not that comfortable to sleep in (but the bed was!) :)

We had a lovely stay at the peach tree inn and would stay there again.
Pros:

The Inn was in a very comfortable location, not too busy but easy to get to the main locations. The atmosphere was great and we loved having Calli as our roommate.

Cons:

The front desk wasn’t open at the times that they stated they would be like for coffee at 7am.

Pros:

I love this little retro motel a stone's throw from the Main Street of Fredericksburg.. The rooms are huge and furnished with a couch, a high table and chairs and a fridge. It's quaint and very moderately priced.

Outstanding staff, and great value
Pros:

The location is great! Just off Main Street, yet still close enough to walk everywhere.

Cons:

We had an issue with the initial room we had, but Lisa in the office took care of it, and within 10 minutes made everything right. We will definitely return.

IHappy we chose The Peachtree. Will stay again when back in the area.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to downtown. Room was clean and well equipped. Staff was fantastic. So pleasant. Great water pressure too.

Cons:

Pool needs to be cared for better. Water was very cloudy and surface needed to be skimmed.
