Perfect place to stay and enjoy a little bit of history in Fredericksburg
Pros:

Sharron was so nice and was more than accommodating. Peachtree is such a neat feel. We stayed in the house. It was perfect and very comfortable for the family. Great atmosphere very friendly customer service and would definitely come back.

Pleasant staff and close walking distance to town.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were very thin and hard to sleep.

Hidden gem in a good location
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable
We had a small patio out front as well with a couple of chairs and a small table which we liked
Hotel was within walking distance of the historic downtown
with lots of cafes and restaurant and bar options
Our room came with a covered car park just next to our room which was a big plus

Pros:

Room Clean and quiet, good parking. Excellent location a few blocks from Main Street and Pacific War Museum.

Cons:

One "clean" towel had makeup on it. Cleaning staff made coffee, left coffee cup with coffee in it and left pod in coffee maker. Porch near breakfast area not accessible from breakfast area and no trash can available outside. Hot water ran out first day during shower. Breakfast pretty basic: cereal and breads.

Pleasant family stay
Pros:

Breakfast was better than expected. Conveniently located to downtown so we could walk rather than drive and deal with trying to find parking. Friendly staff.
