Great value, friendly staff and close to stuff in PV, would recommend!
Pros:

Location is great, staff is super friendly, and the rooms are good sized. Love that you can order room service 24 hours a day.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit in my room did not work well. The room temperature could not cool below 25degC/77degF which is quite warm for a hotel room stay especially in Puerto Vallarta where it is damn hot. The hotel staff did their best to try and fix it but I think the unit is just dead and needs replacing. This was the first time I stayed at the property and had an issue with the temperature in the room, so I am hoping it was an isolated thing.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Empezamos en un cuarto bellisimo, sin embargo nos cambiaron para evitar ruidos por estar en mantenimiento, nos cambiaron al piso 4, El olor a humedad es muy fuerte, llovio y el cuarto se le metia el agua por la ventana, estaban pintando el pasillo 4, y haciendo lo que pareceria como algún tipo de arreglo. La vrd el olor me tenia muy molesta, lo reportamos pero no nos quisieron cambiar :(

I'm definitely going back!
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk and the rest of the staff, not only went above and beyond. But he also gave us such an amazing view to wake up to. My children and I have been traveling for several months, and it was all just so amazing to have such a warm welcoming to Puerto Vallarta. It really does mean the world to us. Even though we only stayed one night, this was the best hotel, and experience overall. Thank you for your hospitality. My only regret was I never got their name. Oh and that was the most comfortable bed ever!
