Buen lugar para hospedarse, pero no muy cerca de una buena playa.
Pros:

Estos hoteles normalmente son buenos y con desayuno incluido. En general todo ok.

Cons:

1. Que el estacionamiento no es techado y está en la parte trasera de la entrada al hotel, sería excelente si hubiera una puerta de acceso al estacionamiento más directa, ya que estaba lloviendo mucho o hace mucho sol y hay que rodear todo el edificio para llegar al estacionamiento cargando el equipaje.
2. Que tuviera un refrigerador de bebidas y snacks automático 24/7

I want my refund since you promised to give me two nights refund. Here is the email I received from the property
Pros:

I booked this hotel from relying on the good reviews on the booking. Com platform . What I was experiencing was far worse.The room smells fungus all over it and has fungus under the window. The room Smells as a Bad sewage. On our first night My sister how has asthma can’t sleep and kept coughing all night. The breakfast has flies over and when I asked why they said it’s the raining season. I asked to change the room and the other room was even worse. There was a strong bad smell. I called the booking.com and complained about the property and they offered me to check out. The property manager talked to me and apologized about what had happened. As I was still in the hotel lobby I received an email from the property to promise 2 night refund. Since then, it has been almost a month now trying to get my refund back. The property want answer the booking .com customer service emails nor phones asking them about a written confirmation to get my money back.

toilet seat was missing, had to put it on the toilet and it was broken, room was very hot when we arrived and AC never really cooled it off, bus to airport was listed as 12:00 and we were told to notify at 11:00 but when we notifed at 11:00 they said the bus was at 1:00 or 11:00 but it worked out in the end.

I always enjoy my stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
Pros:

Location to airport, friendliness of staff, size of rooms, 24-hr room service, cleanliness.

Cons:

DISCLAIMER: The staff at Holiday Inn Express transferred me to their sister property the Holiday Inn Suites as a courtesy since the Suites property had rooms immediately available. I appreciated this so that I could get checked in faster. So this complaint is about the SUITES and NOT the EXPRESS property. The a/c unit in my room needed a dehumidifier - the air was so damp that it warped all papers in the room, my passport and other documents were all curling up on the edges because there was so much moisture in the air. I only stayed the one night but had it been for multiple nights it could cause respiratory issues for people with sensitive airways.

Wonderful and amazing
Pros:

me dieron fue transporte al aeropuerto sin costo adicional. l atención del personal del hotel fue muy buena y puntual en todo momento el hotel limpio y bien ubicado

Cons:

llege alas 12 del dia me cobraron 500 pesos por darme check in temprano y aun asi espere 2 horas ,vallarta en general tienen esta mala costumbre de explotar al turista a toda costa es una ciudad que en general todos tenemos de cuidad de no caer en engaños.
