Important information:

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.

The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.

The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.

The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.

There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen).

This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and has to be confirmed by the property. Guests checking in after 22:00 must inform the property in advance and extra charges will incur as follows: GBP 15 extra for the 22:00 - 00:00 interval. GBP 30 extra for the 00:00 - 02:00 interval. Please note that no check-in is available after 02:00.

Établissement qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos présentées sur le site. À notre arrivée, personne pour nous accueillir et aucun contact avec le personnel durant tout le séjour.

Une alarme s’est déclenchée dans la soirée et a sonné pendant un long moment. Malgré le message envoyé pour signaler le problème, personne n’est intervenu ni ne nous a répondu.

La chambre n’était pas particulièrement propre. De plus, il manquait dès le premier jour un tapis de douche ainsi que de petites serviettes. Nous ne les avons reçus que le dernier jour de notre séjour.

Concernant la caution, il est indiqué qu’il faut attendre jusqu’à 15 jours pour la récupérer, alors qu’on m’avait annoncé un délai de 24 à 48 heures.

la localisation, proche des transports et dans le centre de Londres en 15/20 min, le prix bas pour une pièce aussi grande, le personnel gentil et accueillant

Cons:

No living space in our room, a table to seat 3 in a room to sleep 4. Also previous occupants bin was left full and this left a terrible smell in the room.

Ceiling fan only available with the light on due to broken switches meaning a fairly warm night with little ventilation.
