The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.
The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.
The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.
The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.
There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen).
This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour.

It was located in front of a very convenient bus stop
The mattress was really awful. We couldn’t sleep for 7 days. It’s not a luxury to sleep on a mattress that’s comfortable, they really need to change them. We asked the staff them if they could change it or change us to another room and the answer was no. Now I’m back home with several pain on my back

W pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji, w upalny dzień było tam ponad 30 stopni Celcjusza. Nie można było wytrzymać w pokoju do zachodu słońca. Jakość wykończenia jest tragiczna. Ktoś odnawiając pomalował ściany w sposób dramatycznie zły. Pobrudzone farbą ceglane ściany, drewniane elementy wystroju wnętrza, ościeżnica okna ... Pokój ma mocno zniszczone meble i jest bardzo brudny. Pościel jest poplamiona.
Tenia una habitación individual y sinceramente me sorprendió. Era espaciosa, la cama cómoda, incluso tenia una nevera y como estuve durante la ola de calor, me pusieron un ventilador, que me fué genial.
Además, era una habitación que daba a un patio y era muy tranquila y acogedora.
Es una zona poco turística, con lo que parece más tranquila, aunque hay buenas conexiones de transporte.
No me importó, pero al llegar ya no había nadie en recepción y cogí la llave de una taquilla con contraseña. Hay que decir que la información fué muy precisa y correcta, pero en los 2 días que estuve no tuve contacto con nadie del personal y aunque me organicé bien, resulta un poco extraño.

Friendly staff. Room was a good size and was clean and tidy. It also had an en suite and small kitchenette with fridge, which was useful. Plenty of plug sockets, mirrors and a comfy double bed.
Visited in June during hot weather, so unfortunately it was very warm, even with the ceiling fan and standing fan. Also, could do with curtains as the blinds weren't very effective in the early morning.
J'ai été plutôt agréablement surpris. Il y avait une kitchenette dans la chambre, qui était propre et calme. Pas loin de l'appartement il y a un tesco superstore, et un arrêt de bus vers le centre et d'oveground
L'emplacement est assez excentré, même si on peut se rendre facilement au centre par un bus direct ou le métro avec un changement par l'overground.
La bouilloire pourrait être nettoyée. Ce n'est que du calcaire, je sais, mais c'est toujours mieux.
Le gros point noir pour moi, ce sont les stores : celui du velux de la salle de bain était opaque, mais malheureusement on ne dort pas dans la salle de bain, et celui du salon était presque transparent. Donc à ce niveau là c'est comme si on dort dehors, on est réveillé dès le lever du soleil. C'est ce qui a motivé ma note, sinon c'était un 9/10.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva, soprattutto per una comunicazione poco chiara da parte della struttura.
Prima dell’arrivo avevamo chiesto se fosse possibile lasciare le valigie in hotel al mattino e tornare poi con calma più tardi per il check-in. Solo una volta arrivati, verso le 11, abbiamo scoperto che il check-in si poteva effettuare soltanto a partire dalle 15:00 e obbligatoriamente entro le 18:00. Questa informazione ci ha un po’ scombussolato la prima giornata di vacanza, anche perché online avevamo letto che la reception fosse aperta fino alle 22:00. Sarebbe quindi opportuno che questi aspetti venissero comunicati in modo più chiaro e coerente, perché noi lo abbiamo capito soltanto una volta arrivati in struttura leggendo il cartello esposto.
Anche la pulizia della camera, in generale, non era delle migliori. Va però detto che il personale è stato gentile e, dopo due giorni, ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani.
Un altro aspetto negativo è stato il caldo in camera: considerate le temperature molto elevate di Londra in quei giorni, la stanza era letteralmente un forno. Le finestre si potevano aprire solo a vasistas e c’era soltanto un ventilatore, soluzione purtroppo insufficiente in quelle condizioni. Ho anche scritto alla struttura tramite la chat di Booking per chiedere se fosse possibile fare qualcosa per arieggiare la stanza (bastava aprire le finestre del tutto), ma mi è stato risposto soltanto dopo la mia partenza, quando ormai era troppo tardi.
