Pros:

breakfast was beyond expectations. for buffet it was wonderful. the staff was very warm feeling.

Pros:

The facility is very well kept and clean. The breakfast was very good with much choice and decent coffee. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I couldn't reserve a handicap room, so I had to settle for a regular room. I get around with a walker. the toilet in the bathroom was so low. It was difficult for me to use. I missed having towel bars and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The grab bar at the shower was on the back wall, not outside, which made it very hard to get into the tub.

Clean comfortable place to stay the night before a medical appointment at Wellspan Hospital.
Pros:

The hotel looks brand new. Everything is spotless and pristine. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out. Bathrooms have large vanities and showers....bigger than this type of hotel usually has. Breakfast was fine.....nice assortment of fresh fruit. Oatmeal and lots of things to put in it. Waffle station.
We did the online check in as we were driving there. Once it was complete, they provided an electronic key on my phone so we were able to go straight to our room on arrival.
Convenient location just off the highway and 8 min from Wellspan Hospital. Plenty of restaurants nearby....fast food as well as more upscale.

Cons:

To share the electronic key, the other person must have the Hilton app on their phone. That's a pain in the neck when you're on the move.

A nice place to stay for a short haul trip.
Pros:

Service was good but the lack of a hot tub was a "downer". There was also a funny noise in the room which was traced to the mini-refrigerator. I had to disconnect its power to get some sleep.
