הצוות היה ממש ממש נחמד
יש שירות של מוניות הלוך חזור פעמיים בחינם
ובקופנגן זה ממש חשוב למי שלא לוקח אופנוע
אנחנו היינו באזור של הוילות
וחשוב להגיד שהאזור של הוילות יותר רחוק מהמקומות המוכרים בשונה מהמלון שקרוב יותר להכל.
אז חשוב שתבחרו את המיקום של המלון ולא של הוילות אם בא לכם להיות יותר במרכז כי זה משמעותי
Personale molto efficiente, rispondono immediatamente a qualsiasi tipo di necessità. Eravamo nella Villa quindi in una posizione più dislocata ma l’hotel era disponibile a portarci gratuitamente alla spiaggia. Noi abbiamo noleggiato il motorino per comodità di maggiori spostamenti, direttamente presso l’hotel. La villa è un bilocale e condivide la piscina con altre poche ville quindi da un senso di esclusività. Tra i set bagno c’era anche il balsamo oltre allo shampoo e bagnoschiuma.
In generale è stato un soggiorno molto positivo. Consiglio alcuni dettagli per renderlo migliore: La pulizia essendo prevista ogni 2 giorni, sarebbe comunque preferibile che il cestino del bagno venga cambiato ogni giorno non potendo buttare la carta nel water. La villa presenta una cucina ma non ci sono fornelli/piastre, potrebbe un bel plus se rifornita. L’acqua della doccia rimaneva troppo calda.

I loved staying here, the staff were so friendly, the room was great and there are free bikes to help you get round the island!

Lo staff è stato super gentile, ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra necessità. È disponibile una corsa tuk tuk che ti porta gratuitamente nel raggio di 2km, le bici sono gratuite ed è possibile noleggiare lo scooter a 250 bath al giorno.

Terrible experience and disrespectful service – Avoid this place!
We arrived with high expectations, but it quickly turned into a nightmare.
As soon as we entered, the TV literally fell off. Instead of handling it professionally, they expected us to stay in the room and waste our vacation time while they fixed it. At the same time, the refrigerator stopped working, even though they claimed "everything was checked before arrival."
After we complained, their "solution" was to move us to a much smaller room. We told them this wasn't acceptable since we paid for a specific room size, but they didn't care.
The breaking point was in the second room: we wanted to take a shower and realized there was no water. They had shut off the water for a period of time and didn't even bother to inform us in advance! When we asked what was going on, they casually said, "Oh yeah, it's fine, we just shut off the water." This is something guests MUST be notified about beforehand!
The staff's attitude was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. When we brought up these legitimate issues, they basically dismissed us, saying they had nothing to do about it, and walked away. Zero customer service, zero accountability.
