Perfekt für alle, die Stadt und Natur miteinander verbinden möchten.
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, am Wochenende kann es allerdings etwas voller werden.

Ein echtes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Dort lässt es sich nicht nur herrlich entspannen, sondern auch sehr gut essen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top: In nur 5–10 Gehminuten ist man mitten im Zentrum, während man in die andere Richtung nach rund 15 Minuten bereits beim Białego-Tal ist und direkt zu einer Wanderung starten kann.

Bardzo ładny i komfortowy hotel. Miła obsługa i przepyszne jedzenie. W razie brzydkiej pogody w hotelu są atrakcję zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Polecam 😊 No i oczywiście przepiękny widok z tarasu resteuracji😍

Cons:

Jedyną wadą było to że wszystko było słychać z sąsiedniego pokoju ale na szczęście wszyscy goście przestrzegali ciszy nocnej.

Pros:

Nagyon szép hotel. Vacsorát és reggelit is kértünk, ami nagyon változatos, finom és friss volt. A wellness részleg is nagyon szuper.

Cons:

Nekünk az ágymatrac nagyon puha volt.

Pros:

Fajny obiekt. Odwiedzamy go od dłuższego czasu. I mamy wrażenie, że powoli, ale „skutecznie” hotel traci swój dawny blask.

Cons:

Coraz mniejsza ilość restauracji. Były trzy plus kawiarnia. Została jedna z małym wyborem dań. Nie ma fajnej kawiarenki. Nie ma gdzie pójść wypić kawę, drinka. Szkoda. Standard łóżek - dostaliśmy pokój z łóżkami, które były bardzo niskie. Na nich leżały materace. Spanie na nich jest bardzo niekomfortowe, materace jeżdżą po całym łóżku, nie ma spania. Kolejna rzecz: brak napojów w lodówce chociaż jest cennik. Poduszki były niewygodne. Hotel proponuję cennik poduszkowy: można zamówić poduszkę za 30 zł na dzień. Bardzo dziwna propozycja w hotelu 4- gwiazdkowym.

Pobyt udany, hotel wart polecenia.
Pros:

Podobało mi się, że śniadanie było do godziny jedenastej, bardzo duży wybór smacznych potraw. Świetne spa, bardzo uprzejmy i miły personel. Miły zwyczaj, z którym pierwszy raz się spotkałam:rezygnacja ze sprzątania pokoju nagradzana miłym upominkiem (ekologicznie i sympatycznie).

Pros:

I did a lot of research about places to stay in Zakopane with our group, we had four adults and two young kids. This was a really excellent choice at the end of the day, the facilities were really enjoyed by the kids, especially. The location is also really lovely with an easy walk into town and also easy walks into the woods. It was very quiet at night and the two apartments we rented were very spacious. Staff were very nice and breakfast was exceptional and changed every day. The pool was really fantastic.

Cons:

Only small things, but the standard pillows they offer in the room are really terrible. I noticed on the last day that there is a pillow menu where you can pay extra for fancy pillows… also charging guests for parking seems a bit like nickel and diming to me.
