Top of Bornholm. Top charming boutique hotel.
Pros:

Super location with beautiful view. Nice crew. Lovely breakfast.

Pros:

Sköna sängar, fint med egen balkong/terass, trevligt med gratis kaffe, frukosten var väldigt god och generös! Läget var otroligt fint med utsikt över havet. Man fick ett gott intryck direkt av hotellet. Maten i restaurangen var också jättebra.

Cons:

Få laddplatser till bilen. Vattnet rann otroligt långsamt ner i duschen.

Pros:

Bra läge nära både strand, restauranger, löp/gångvägar. Fri bastu. Helt OK frukost!
Fri tillgång till kaffe.

Cons:

Luktar mögel på rummen och det är ingen belysning vid speglarna. Rummet var i minsta laget, ingenstans att göra av kläder eller väskor. Finns ingen TV på rummet, men man klarar sig utan.

Main house, with lobby and launch, convey a memory of a long gone imperial charm. Suite Jones, on the first floor in the Garden House, is very cosy at first glance. Scandinavian design, as from a periodical. Large terrace (but not that clean), overlooking the garden and – from a certain position – the sea too. So far, so good.

Cons:

But soon after this first impression, one realises that the question that will occupy you in the coming days will be: Where to put the things? You will live out of the suitcase, which also have to lie or stand around. Even the most beautiful design does not help if it is not functional.
This concept continues in the tiny bathroom in a very consistent way. The shower cabin is completely open to one side. Try to use it carefully, to avoid to flood the room? No way! Afterwards you will look for a towel rack or any rack at all in vain.
A well placed reading lamp at the sofa and at the bed, both you will miss as well.
Room keeping is frugal. You hardly will find the difference, when you return in the evening.
But the biggest deficiency is the dysfunction of the sewage system. The shortcut for all, not interested in engineering details, it smells!
