I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the balcony offered stunning views that made every morning feel special.
The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which was always clean and had plenty of sun loungers available. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality food, and every meal we had during our stay was delicious. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local restaurants, beaches, and attractions while still being peaceful and relaxing.
What really made this hotel stand out was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A big thank you to Bugdan and imran.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. If you’re looking for exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing holiday, this hotel is the perfect choice. Five stars without hesitation!

Location is just fine. Nice and relaxing atmosfere. The rooms are clean en space enough and are complete equipt. Personal are all very friendly and helpful, especially Hemant at the reception. 👍🏻

We recently held a business event at Notch Conference Centre and had a great experience. The venue was well organized, and the food was very good.
A special thanks to Deepok, who really made the difference. Although he was responsible for the catering, he went out of his way to help us when we had an unexpected power outage. He was proactive, kept following up with the right people, and genuinely cared about finding a solution.
His professionalism and positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you, Deepok, for going above and beyond! Highly recommended.
Our stay at this hotel in Malta was absolutely wonderful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again.

The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet location and provides a good base for exploring different parts of Malta. The grounds are pleasant, with a spacious pool area and attractive landscaping. The rooms were a reasonable size and the staff were generally friendly and polite during our stay.
For a four-star hotel, the overall experience felt surprisingly basic. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked the variety I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Waiting service around the pool was consistently slow, often resulting in long waits for food and drinks.
The quality of the drinks from the pool bar was also very poor. For example, we ordered a caramel iced frappé but were served what was essentially blended milk and ice with no coffee. The daiquiris were similarly disappointing, tasting like flavourless slush rather than properly made cocktails. Many other examples.
We also experienced an ant infestation in our room, which was unacceptable, and our room key cards repeatedly stopped working, meaning we had to make multiple trips to reception to have them reprogrammed.
The biggest issue, however, was the value for money. We paid what I would consider expensive for bed and breakfast only for an 11-night stay and, considering the facilities, service and overall quality, I don’t feel the hotel justified the price.
Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectations set by its four-star rating or offer what I would consider good value for money.
