Resort incantevole, camera spaziosa, colazione a buffet con tantissime varianti di dolci e salati, SPA piccola ma confortevole, Staff molto cortese. Abbiamo trovato molto comoda la navetta gratuita per gli spostamenti.
Abbiamo spesso mangiato a pranzo o cena al ristorante alla carta ed è stato tutto molto delizioso (consiglio la pizza molto buona). Offre un parcheggio molto comodo.

Excellent standard of room and service. Lovely pool and excellent food at the pool bar

Food options were limited in the restaurant and would have been better if there were extra options for starters and desserts.
There wasn’t any facilities to entertain teenagers and the pool area would benefit from a pool table and darts board for example

The property was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, and the location is in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the noisier parts of Malta. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the overall hospitality was excellent.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room was rather weak, and at night the room became uncomfortably warm to the point that we were sweating. We notified the hotel’s maintenance team, who said they would have a look at it while we were out exploring the island. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to change and the room never felt cool enough for us to sleep comfortably.

The hotel has two pools, both of which are quite shallow. Unfortunately, the bigger issue was the situation around the pool. The pool rules clearly state that there is no diving, rough play or shouting, yet all three were happening regularly. Children were frequently screaming, splashing and diving into the pool, which made it very difficult to relax. This was particularly disappointing for guests who were hoping to enjoy a quiet and relaxing pool area. More consistent enforcement of the pool rules would make a significant difference to the experience.

Overall, we found the property quite expensive for what it offers. Despite being a resort, it did not feel as relaxing as we had expected, particularly due to the atmosphere around the pool. We also felt that the breakfast was not quite up to the price point. The selection was largely the same every day, with only minor changes, so we expected more variety and better quality for the price.

Pros:

Good service and friendly staff. They helped me to make a surprise room for my boyfriend and I highly recommend it. Spent such a great time as well. Also good for allergies such as Gluten free the chief and waiter were both helpful to give the best food.

Lovely hotel, perfect for families.
Pros:

The hotel is at a beautiful location in Malta but it's a bit further away from public transport. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are two pools with salt water and enough space to put your towels. The towel service from the hotel was awesome.
The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and we didn't hear any of our neighbors.
We really loved our stay!
Hemant from the main desk was also super helpful and kind.
