I travelled a couple times for work these last month and I had a fantastic experience at Urban Valley! The place is fantastic and the people working there even better. Wonderful people working there at the bar with the awesome Yessika, and also Peter. Grazziella and Antonella during breakfast were fantastic how they treated me. And at the reception Roka, Inés and Salúa and the rest of the crew where great and so friendly.
Personeel was vriendelijk, alles was zeker netjes, dagelijks verse handdoeken, zwembad proper onderhouden.
Ontbijt viel algemeen wat tegen. Geen vers fruitsap, voor een vier sterren hotel. Ontbijt was ook maar basic, niet zoveel keuze. Veel lichtinval in de kamers. Geen dagelijks vers flesje water dat wordt opgevuld
Yessika and Rajesh and all of the staff at Urban Valley have made our experience wonderful. Yessika is so happy and helpful and a pleasure to see every day. The cleaning staff, front of house and restaurant staff are extremely kind and can’t do enough for you.
The resort has absolutely everything you need from sports facilities, spa, gym and pools for both kids and adults.
The resort is spotless and is a very close walk to silemma - would stay here again for sure.

We had a fantastic experience at Urban Valley. We stayed in one of the large rooms, which was very spacious and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The facilities here are excellent. There are two great pools to choose from, and the spa is a real highlight—definitely worth using if you want to unwind. The atmosphere at the lobby and the outdoor bar area is also very welcoming, making it a nice spot to grab a drink.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the service. A huge thank you to Rajesh and Yessica. They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. They really go the extra mile to make sure guests feel welcome.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Het onthaal bij aankomst was zalig. Ik kreeg een glaasje water aangeboden en kreeg de nodige uitleg. Vervolgens werd ik naar de kamer gebracht.

Beautifully appointed room, white pure cotton bed linens, good beds, ample bathroom, great staff, quiet location.
It was away from the action, although I was there during a medical emergency and it needed to be close to the hospital! Honestly, I was not looking for action…but if you are, go to central Valletta. This is a chill destination, two lovely large pools and a great resto and bar in a leafy location.

I liked the staff in the beginning, they were helpful and the room was good and clean.
There was no cold airconditioning only heat, the staff offered us a fan which never arrived and the breakfast was subpar.
Very friendly, helpfull and clean environment. Very relaxing..everything you need. Very happy and would like to return!
