雰囲気、清掃、スタッフのレベルどれをとっても最高でした。コインランドリーで困っているお客様を事前に察知し、お困りでしょうか？と声をかけられている姿を見かけ、（状況は違ったかもしれません。）このご時世、先回りのサービスのできるスタッフ様を教育しておられるホテルの姿勢にとても感銘を受けました。
お部屋の清掃も行き届いておりますし、レイアウトもとてもちょうど良い感じでした。

하카타역과 가까우나 보안이 불안합니다.

하카타역에서 가까워서 편했습니다.

나가고나면 청소요청을 붙인적없는데 마음대로 문열고, 붙이는것같습니다. 마스터키로 고객이 외출시 여는것 같아서 보안에 좀 불안했습니다.

超值 乾淨 地點方便 下次一定會再選擇這裡

房間每天都有打掃，感覺每一次回到飯店就像第一天入住，而且房間的風格很溫馨
員工的素質非常得好而且樂意幫助住客解決問題
大廳也有提供備品
