L'hôtel était idéalement situé à Sintra. Proche des restaurants et d'un arrêt de bus. L'hôtel se situe à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare.
Le personnel a été très sympathique, le petit-déjeuner était excellent avec tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter. L'hôtel était très bien équipé et confortable. Je recommande vivement.

The staff were excellent. They really tried to make sure our needs were met, and I was very impressed with their English fluency. I was not expecting to have staff so willing to be helpful. I wish I understood Portuguese better, but they communicated very well to meet our needs. The parking option was a little unclear from the information prior to arrival, but the staff worked hard to make sure that we were able to find the parking. It would be helpful to understand that there is no parking on site. They have parking that's a good 10 min walk away and down a big hill, so hiking back to the hotel from the parking is not for the faint of heart. The room was a bit small, but consistent with pricing and my limited experience in Europe. Bed was ok. Not painful, but not the best I've slept in. Breakfast was excellent, very well stocked with good food options.
As mentioned above, parking is remote from the hotel. It would be nice to have that be explicit and clear in the hotel description, ie. there is public parking in the area, but it has to be reset every 24 hours. "Hotel" parking is 12 euros a day, is secure, but is distant from the hotel, and down a sharp incline, requiring a 15+ min hike up a steep incline.
Pedro made our stay rememberable. He went out of his way to make sure our stay great. He helped us out getting parking and made sure we knew how to get to it.

We stayed 5 nights at the Sintra Boutique and enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and very walkable to many shops and restaurants. The staff arranged our ride to and from the Lisbon airport and were very receptive to other requests. The hotel is not on the 5 star level, but it provides a different experience and feeling than the "typical" high rise hotel. It is in Sintra, a cute little town that is wonderfully different than most other little towns.

Mattress needed replacing. Both sides had lost support and were valleys with a hill in the middle. Not a fan of the push button system to enter the room. Hard to use.
