hotel is close to the center of SIntra, so you can just walk and be in 2-3 minutes in the center
Pros:

Good size of rooms. Good and comfortable beds. Quick check in experience. Reasonable good breakfast, I expected a bit more variety.

Cons:

The pincode that you need to access the rooms. It is a nightmare to get into the room. the systems is hypersensitive. So it will take 3 to 4 tries before it works. Parking can be a nightmare if you come at day time even with their day-pass. At night it is easier to park nearby the hotel.

Short but excellent stay!
Pros:

We stayed just one night but wished it were longer! The hotel itself is a study in contrasts. Both updated and retro at the same time in the best way. The carpeting and room style feels so ‘70s. On the other hand the bathroom, where this matters, is totally modern. Using door codes instead of keys, even in the public facility’s, make it feel even more modern than the most newer hotels. The breakfast was fresh and a nice selection. The location is excellent for getting around. Even though websites say there is no parking there actually is it’s just not onsite.

The thing that made this an excellent stay is the staff. I can’t say enough about the front desk staff. So friendly. So helpful. I imagine on a multi night stay where you are looking for recommendations and such they would be great. Yes it’s not 5 star but it is up to anyone’s standards I promise. The positive aspects create a real boutique hotel experience.

Pros:

Super Lage, direkt beim Nationalpalast und vielen tollen Restaurants. Parkplatzsituation schwierig, aber die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und hat die vielen TukTuks verscheucht. Durften dann für die Nacht sogar das Auto vor dem Hotel stehen lassen.

אהבנו מאד את המלון ואת המיקום קרוב לעיר העתיקה. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת . החדר מרווח ופונה אל נוף יפה מאד. ומעל הכל הצוות המצויין והשירותי. במיוחד אציין את אנדרי בקבלה שעזר לנו לתכנן את היום המושלם בסינטרה (אפילו רכישת כרטיסים לאתרים המפורסמים).וכן דאג לחנייה קרובה למלון. תודה אנדרי.❤️ תודה גם לרפאלה שדאגה לנו ליום נוסף במלון והייתה מאד חביבה.❤️

Pros:

L'hôtel était idéalement situé à Sintra. Proche des restaurants et d'un arrêt de bus. L'hôtel se situe à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare.
Le personnel a été très sympathique, le petit-déjeuner était excellent avec tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter. L'hôtel était très bien équipé et confortable. Je recommande vivement.

A wonderful place to stay that is right in the middle of the town of Sintra, would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. They really tried to make sure our needs were met, and I was very impressed with their English fluency. I was not expecting to have staff so willing to be helpful. I wish I understood Portuguese better, but they communicated very well to meet our needs. The parking option was a little unclear from the information prior to arrival, but the staff worked hard to make sure that we were able to find the parking. It would be helpful to understand that there is no parking on site. They have parking that's a good 10 min walk away and down a big hill, so hiking back to the hotel from the parking is not for the faint of heart. The room was a bit small, but consistent with pricing and my limited experience in Europe. Bed was ok. Not painful, but not the best I've slept in. Breakfast was excellent, very well stocked with good food options.

Cons:

As mentioned above, parking is remote from the hotel. It would be nice to have that be explicit and clear in the hotel description, ie. there is public parking in the area, but it has to be reset every 24 hours. "Hotel" parking is 12 euros a day, is secure, but is distant from the hotel, and down a sharp incline, requiring a 15+ min hike up a steep incline.
