Für eine Übernachtung war es einwandfrei.
Pros:

Es war alles sauber, das Personal haben wir nur beim Check-out gesehen, da wir übers Wochenende dort waren. Die Vilka Aruch liegt etwas außerhalb sehr nah am Flughafen; man erreicht aber in ca. 5 bis 8 min die Straßenbahn Haltestelle, von wo man in schnellem Takt in ca. 12 min ins historische Zentrum gelangt. Ticket kostet einfach 1€70, am besten online kaufen.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Ich hätte beispielsweise gerne einen Toaster und ein oder zwei Biergläser gehabt!!

10 min du tram. 20 min du centre ville par le tram. Parking de la résidence pratique. Acceuil très sympathique. Accès facile, hors ZLT.

Cons:

Douche un peu petite. Sol un peu poussiéreux. Manque de cintres.

Симпатичная и атмосферная вилла, удобная парковка. Хозяин разрешил заселится раньше.
Очень красивая территория , зоны отдыха как внутри виллы, так и снаружи

Cons:

Баллы снижены за то, что с нас дважды взяли городской налог (изначально был оплачен с карты, а потом просили доплатить наличными еще столько же). Будьте с этим внимательны!!! Мы написали об этом в букинг, они проводят расследование !
На кухне не было масла , соли и сахара

Nice place and highly appreciated services
Pros:

A good expérience. Though Villa Aruch is not in the city center, it is close to a convenient tram station. The advantage is that it is in a very calm area, allowing you to avoid the crowded, noisy city-center hotels. In your apartment, you feel at home. All the amenities are available, and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

Nothing serious. Clients should not expect a hotel with the usual services associated with this structure.

Poca attenzione ai particolari ad esempio, la zanzariera solo ad una finestra ma le zanzare entrano da entrambe…mancanza di un forno a microonde x scaldare i cibi già pronti o gli eventuali avanzi…copridivano molto macchiato, polvere dietro allo stesso e sotto i gradini della scaletta interna

Buona posizione per andare al centro di Firenze, con il tram si arriva facilmente e in breve tempo. Bella struttura, molto carina e pulita, letti comodi.
Di fronte alla villa c'e un bar per un eventuale colazione, chiuso la domenca mattina.
