Amazing location and hotel would recommend to others for sure

El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

El primer día el ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir hasta la tercera planta por las escaleras, aunque el recepcionista fue muy amable y nos ayudó con las maletas. Durante el resto de la estancia el ascensor ya estuvo operativo, pero no funcionaba del todo bien, ya que en varios trayectos se quedaba a oscuras, lo que resultaba algo incómodo.

Café da manhã excepcional com ovos feijão tomate queijo cogumelos fiambre frutas inclusive laranja banana maçã kiwi. Quarto impecavelmente limpo e confortável banheiro limpo troca de toalhas diariamente. Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Nós estávamos no quarto andar e houve dois problemas com o elevador nos três dias em que estivemos hospedados: no fim de semana o elevador parou de funcionar. No dia em que chegamos e no dia em que saímos o elevador funcionava de modo que não houve desastre no carregamento das malas. Durante toda a estadia não se podia chamar o elevador do térreo. Portanto o elevador foi um ponto muito negativo. Não fosse ele a avaliação teria nota 10 e seria classificada como excelente.

C’est difícil donner une note positif, chambre propre mais sur les couloirs il y avais des sacs à poubelle des aspirateurs des escabeaux, vieux ascenseur toujours en panne il fallait monter trois étages à pied, des imployés qui ne parlent pas le Portugais. Insupportable
