Angenehmes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Angenehmes DZ mit tollen Ausblick und sehr gutem abwechslungsreichen Frühstück.
Hotelhalle hat ein cooles Ambiente und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Pros:

前台对停车地点推荐不合适导致（我们要过夜停车但推荐地点为按小时停车且很难在APP上操作）我们为了找停车花了不少时间，最后在路人的热情帮助下找到了可以用机器付费且能付过夜停车费的停车场，且地点离旅馆更近。
另外房间不大性价比不高

Hotel bom, centralizado. Cafe otimo.

A localizacao excelente, o cafe da manha incrivel, as amenidades da Rituals tambem foram otimas. Havia cafe à disposicao durante o dia, e o bar do hotel tinha drinks otimos!!

Cons:

Em um dos dias, apesar de termos colocado o cartao na porta para limparem o quarto, a limpeza nao foi feita. Conversamos na recepcao, a primeira desculpa foi que para tomarem conta do meio-ambiente a limpeza so seria feita nas quintas-feiras... para um hotel deste porte, uma grande mentira. Ja um segundo funcionario falou que nao havia pessoas suficientes para a limpeza... afinal, uma pessoa acabou indo la e trocando as toalhas. Apenas essa falha, de resto o hotel atendeu as expectativas. Os quartos eram bastante simples tambem.

Not near as good as it was a few years ago in terms of professionalism and helpfulness of staff

Pros:

Architektonisches beeindruckendes Hotel in einer super Lage. Schöne Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet!
