Very comfortable, but disappointed to find the restaurant closed
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff, great view from bedroom. Very good breakfast Buffet

Cons:

Nobody told us that the Norwegian catering staff were on strike, so unable to have Supper.

Beautiful view at the Edge of Tromso
Pros:

This hotel is in a perfect location to walk to every important thing you can explore in the town. It is also close to the bus station for things that might be farther away. My room had a wonderful view of the Arctic Cathedral on the other side of the river. Breakfast was excellent and the facilities were modern and fun.

The buffet breakfast is fantastic.

Some of the staff were on strike so the bar and restaurant weren't functioning

Tolle Lage, moderne Zimmer, sehr gutes umfangreiches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr umfangreiches und gut angerichtetes Frühstück. Hervorzuheben ist, dass trotz Streiks ein tolles Frühstück geboten werden konnte. Die verbleibenden Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr bemüht, die Unannehmlichkeiten eines Streiks für die Gäste abzufangen.

Amazing location, stunning design
Pros:

Despite the staff strike breakfast was excellent and the whole hotel clean. Our bedroom felt tired with slow draining sink etc. Having received a ticket just dropping off bags it really needs parking.
