Horrible - manque de respect de la clientèle
Pros:

Proximité du port et du centre, bel hôtel…mais lisez la suite, vous aurez vite déchanté.

Cons:

A 9:00 du matin des perceuses se sont mises en marche avec des coups de marteau dans tout l’hôtel.
On avait l’impression que les ouvriers étaient dans la chambre tellement ça résonnait. Un bruit de fou !
On nous a expliqué qu’en raison de travaux de 9h à 17h ça allait être comme ça car ils refaisaient des chambres aux étages supérieurs. Inadmissible, on fait ce genre de travaux l’après-midi et on prévient les clients.
Bref au lieu de profiter de la chambre on a dû fuir l’hôtel sans aucune compensation financière.
Plus jamais ! C’est vraiment n’avoir aucun respect et une forme d’escroquerie surtout pour cette gamme d’hôtel haut de gamme.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist fantastisch. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern, das Frühstück hervorragend und auch das Essen in der Bar hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.
Unser Familienzimmer lag zum Hinterhof, wo ein permanentes Brummen der Lüftungsanlage zu hören war. Zum Glück konnten wir problemlos das Zimmer wechseln und bekamen ein Doppelzimmer mit Zustellbett und wunderschöner Aussicht.

Cons:

Kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Frühstück gibt es nur bis 9:30 Uhr und danach wird sofort alles abgeräumt.
