Cons:

Our room was 25°C upon arrival. We tried turning on the AC, but nothing happened. We thought, 'Well, maybe it needs some time to boot up,' and went on with our first day. When we came back, it was still a sauna. We went to the lobby to report that the AC was broken and the room was unbearably hot. They told us it was normal and, if we wanted, they would open the window for us. We said, 'We know how to open a window, but we paid for a privilege room, and ours was the only one among our friends without a working AC.

They then told us to come back when the manager was there. So the next day, we went again and were told they would send a technician. Nothing happened that day. The following day, the same thing: 'We’ll send a technician.' Still nothing.

I can’t believe this is the service a 4-star hotel provides. Not a single thing was done. Anyway, to keep this readable, I’ll stop here. My tip: don’t stay here if you want a sleepable room or any kind of decent service

La caja fuerte no funcionaba, Pedimos que no hagan limpieza a la habitación, dejamos el cartel de no molestar, sin embargo no lo respetaron e ingresaron a la habitación e instalaron una cama extra que nunca ordenamos, cuando volvimos al hotel y nos dimos cuenta de la situación, hicimos el reclamos y la persona de recepción dijo que el personal de limpieza ya se había retirado y que no podían retirar la cama adicional, la cual estaba dificultando el espacio de la habitación, cuando insistí en que nos den una solución, colgaron el teléfono.
Mal servicio. Al día siguiente no hicieron seguimiento al reclamo y nunca retiraron la cama extra.
