Amazing hotel, one of the best we’ve been to
Pros:

Amazing location, close to the old town. There is a mall right next to the hotel with a supermarket in it. The staff were very nice. Great breakfast. Theres a big parking. The design was also very pretty. Comfortable beds and high mattresses, big shower and sink. Everything was clean as well. Because of the central location, we were afriad that it would be noisy at night, but if you close the windows its very quiet. Also there is a train station right next to the hotel.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, lecz już zdarty zębem czasu. Przydało by się odświeżenie, bo jak na cztery gwiazdki to daleko od ideału. Łóżko dwuosobowe to w rzeczywistości dwa pojedyncze zsunięte ze soba, więc mało wygodnie. Śniadania dobre, lecz mało zróżnicowane i personel nie nadążał nad obsługa bufetu. Miejsce postojowe pomimo opłaty z góry to jednak brak gwarancji, że będzie wolne miejsce postojowe.

Fine but wouldnt go back. Not on a par with other Mecure hotels. Looking at recent reviews, seems like this is the norm
Pros:

Nice room and bathroom

Cons:

Breakfast was average.
Some of the staff were unhygienic - coughing, wiping their hands through hair, wiping nose on sleeve etc. Frequently there wasn’t enough plates, cups, cutlery etc, so you’d have to hunt it down yourself. Cleaning tables was not good, and too slow.
Not sure what the deal is for staff but the breakfast guys looked absolutely gutted to be there, stoned, or both. Good kids when I spoke with them, but evidently no leadership to oversee and ensure things were better.
Also, the room clean was basically the same used sheets and towels, but just folded. The pillows had just been turned over - that was it. In one way, im not bothered, but why bother to pretend it’s been done?
Maybe I’m harsh but I’ve not experienced these things before, and I thought Mecure had a good rep.
