Összességében tetszett a szálloda, viszont a wellness ebben a formában élvezhetetlen volt.
Pros:

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen fekszik, csodálatos panorámával a hegyekre. A reggeli bőséges volt, megfelelő választékkal.
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

Cons:

A wellnessbe nem lehet papuccsal, csak mezítláb bemenni, így a bárba is mezítláb mentünk ahol beton volt és innen már koszos lábbal mentünk vissza a medencébe. Higiénikusabb lenne a papucshasználat. Fullasztó meleg volt a medencetérben, hiába voltak ajtók nem lehetett kinyitni. Gyönyörű napsütéses idő volt 30 fok és nem volt külső pihenő tér, nem lehetett kimenni napozni a szabadba, pedig gyönyörű környezet veszi körül a szállodát.

Nagyon meleg volt a szobában, pedig kint hűvös volt és az ajtót is kinyitottuk éjszakára. (Kár, hogy bukóra nem lehetett állítani.)

Zelo lepa lokacija, pod vznožjem smučišča, izjemen pogled na gore. Zajtrk okusen vendar povprečen.

Polecam. Piękne położenie i widoki z jadalni.
Pros:

Położenie hotelu jest znakomite. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Świetny wybór na śniadaniu i obiadokolacji, bardzo smaczne jedzenie.

Cons:

Dużym zaskoczeniem były wszystkie dodatkowe opłaty za rzeczy, które w 4* hotelach są normą. Jeśli chciało się skorzystać ze szlafroka który znajdował się w pokoju - trzeba zapłacić 5€, w hotelu był basen ale już żeby skorzystać z saun - kolejna dopłata 13€, to samo z ręcznikami na basen. Dla gości hotelowych powinny to być usługi już wpisane w koszta.
