Close too a lot of activity’s and eateries. We particularly chose this hotel due to Wembley.
Only thing that was disappointing was the shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay up we just dealt with it as a family as we don’t like being a pain by reporting things.
Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and location was excellent. We had lovely lunch off the menu and breakfast choices were excellent and food was well cooked and hot
Very good service, the staff was so friendly and very helpful, it was clean , very good location, the bedroom was spotless, it have air conditioned (the room was already cool when we arrived, which was wonderful due the heatwave ) , also the facilities on the bedroom was exceptional, it has mini fridge with free complementary water and milk.

The room was good and close to the venue I was going too. The halls smelt lovely and clean
The shower in my room was very weak! And you had to turn it to the cold to make it hot which I didn’t find out until I complained there was no hot water! I only stayed one night and ended up having a Luke warm light shower on my 1 night there! That’s kinda ruined my stay as I was getting ready for a huge event and couldn’t indulge in a lovely hot full power shower experience! Which is what I’d expect at a £80-100 a night hotel 😩

Hotel was clean, service polite and friendly and the room was spacious/well equipped. Better than expected food offerings. I'd recommend this place - especially handy for Wembley entertainment venues.

was a bit expensive during events, drinks at the bar were also expensive and queues long (can’t be helped though)
