Pros:

The location was amazing as were attending a concert at Wembley. The room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities were also very nice.

The shower could have been better. Low pressure.

Please be generous on coffee just two small/tiny sachets is embarrassing for a Novotel to orovide

The location is very good

Cons:

The coffee were provided limited in the room .it was just two sachets and also it wasn’t capsules coffee .They had a kettle but no coffee machine .I feel disappointed they need to level up and match their Brand
