El colchón no era cómodo, estaba vencido.
Las mucamas nos tocaron la puerta a las 8 am para realizar la limpieza de la habitación, lo cual hizo que no podamos continuar descansando, y luego a las 9:30 volvieron a tocar la puerta para saber la hora de check out. Me pareció que esto no era una actitud correcta

No había room Service, el servicio en recepción no fue amable
Mala disposición del personal en general. Errores graves de administración de reservas. a las 23:00 hrs me entregaron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada. Menudo susto y mal rato que nos llevamos las dos parejas de huéspedes.

Pedimos toallas bajamos y nunca nos llevaron siendo que incluso bajamos a buscarlas nosotros pero nada el resto bien
