Personal con muy baja capacitación.
Pros:

No tuve otra opción de alojamiento. Es lo que pude encontrar.

Cons:

El trato de la persona que realizó mi check-in miércoles (cerca de ls 22:45 horas del miércoles 22.07) y check-out fue poco empático y no estuvo a la altura del servicio esperado. En varias oportunidades no respondió el teléfono, no supo orientar sobre dónde conseguir comida para mi familia y, cuando surgían consultas que no podía resolver, tendía a desentenderse rápidamente de la situación.

Lamentablemente, esta atención fue el principal motivo de nuestra mala experiencia. Considero que sería conveniente reforzar la capacitación del personal, especialmente en atención al cliente, resolución de problemas y manejo de situaciones imprevistas. Sin duda, ello contribuiría a mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes y la calidad del servicio que ofrece el hotel.

Lindisimo hotel
Pros:

El desayuno es excelente, opciones variadas y saludables. El gum chico pero bien equipado. Todo maravilloso

Cons:

El sofa cama es incomodo, lo solucionaron poniendo un colchón mas. Pero tuve que solicitarlo

Cons:

Las filas para poder desayunar, el ruido y gritos de los pasillos, los ruidos del piso superior. No reponían regularmente el te y cafe, dejaban 2 toallas en circunstancias que eramos 3 en la habitación. Un ascensor estuvo malo la gran parte de los días que nos quedamos allá. Las llaves se magnetizaron y no funcionaron en mutiples ocasiones, teniendo que ir a reconfigurarlas a recepción al menos en 3 ocasiones

Mala atención en recepción

Se solicitó poder llegar más temprano ya que el vuelo llegaba a chile temprano. Nos mandaron un Mail dando la autorización y sin cobro por llegar antes. Pero al llegar al hotel no respetaron el Mail y nos atendieron pésimo en la recepción. Falta de responsabilidad en la atención y respuestas del mismo hotel

Yo había buscado un hotel con rooftop pensando en poder tener un momento de espacimiento y no fue así, si bien hay el espacio, no tiene ambiente, esta vacvio y sin musica, sin nada La oferta de alimentación por los horarios es limitada, a pesar de que una persona nos ayudo incluso fuera de horario que eso fue bastante bueno
