Lo que más nos gusta es la limpieza, la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan en el hotel.

Cons:

Que en la piscina había una familia con niños, tenían todo ocupado y todo tirado a su alrededor.

Regular en relación a otros hoteles de similar categoría, mucho mejor hilton
Pros:

No mucho , teníamos mucho más expectativa

Cons:

El no tener conexión directa desde el estacionamiento al hotel , es incomodo llegar con el equipaje y se tiene que salir al exterior y luego ingresar al estacionamiento

Uno de los días el aseo de ha habitación fue pésimo e incluiso sin hacer una de las camas y sin aspirado y limpieza muy deficiente en general

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el calor era sofocante, busqué el hotel por petfriendly pero no especifica en ninguna parte que hay que pagar cargos extras por la mascota, y es harto casi 100 mil pesos, y nisiquiera un plato de agua para las mascota, además la reserva decía cama extra grande, y era cama de dos plazas, como experiencia sirve para darse cuento que a veces el nombre del lugar no significa más comodidad, se paga el noviciado una sola vez dicen
